The Studio with a sleeping room, a seperate toilet/shower and a kitchen which is open to the Garden, is in the ground floor. Everything is surrounded by African Art from Forster-Gallery. The pool size is 10 x 3m. I live with my son in the 1st floor of the building. A private use of pool can be arranged. A sandy beach is reachable by 2 minutes walking. Port and airport in 5 minutes drive. Nearby are shops to buy daily needs and restaurants with various lovely food. Wifi is available.

Livingstone, Burton, Speak, Kirk, Grant and Nishal have lived here at some time in history. Its veranda has wonderful views of the sea, beach and Forodhani Gardens. The sunsets from it are amazing. We had an absolutely unforgettable stay at this beautiful villa in Zanzibar. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the peaceful setting, stunning ocean views, and the warm hospitality of the host. The private pool was a dream, and we loved waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying the complimentary breakfast on the spacious terrace each morning. Spacious Mansion - surrounded by a lush, shady garden - with beautiful, large bedrooms. Downstairs and upstairs you can choose one of the sofa-areas to relax, read a book or socialise with other guests. There is a table to have breakfast or to sit down with the laptop. Strategically placed are several ACs and fans in all areas of the house. If you want to unwind outside, you can sit on the private balcony, also equipped with comfortable large sofas, and enjoy the breeeze. The compound is accessible via good roads. In the close neighborhood you find elegant hotels and restaurants like the Protea Hotel with historical Mbweni Ruins. Many thanks to Mila and her team - dada Fadhila & mzee Khamis - who have been around and assisted us competently with tasks like calling Bajaji to drive to town, helping with the luggage, giving good advices, proactively ensuring the guests are entirely happy!

Perfect spot for a group! The villa is beautiful, clean, and has great common areas to relax together. The host was super responsive and friendly, and the staff provided top-notch service. We especially loved the delicious included breakfast. Clean rooms, clean pool — everything was just right. Highly recommend!

Mohammed and staff were very accommodating during our stay. If you are looking for a location that’s centrally located because you want to explore the island then this is great. It’s also easy access to stone town without being directly in stone town. Villa was as advertised and the daily Swahili breakfast was an unexpected nice surprise. I’d go back.
