Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Pangasinan

Highly recommended for big groups who want a chill and relaxing place to stay when in Baguio.

The Place is exactly same in the Photos! We extremely loved it! The OG Baguio Feels! esp the View from the Balcony watching the Sunset! I could stay their all day with the view! I even brought my Laptop outside while working! From Interior to Boho Furnitures, Perfect Location, the master bedroom! Beautiful! Ms. Lyneree was very friendly and accommodating! And my personal fav, It's Pet Friendly! We'll definitely go back! I Loved it! 💙

The place was very nice! Outside looks very lovely and once inside you’ll feel right at home. The house has everything you need. Ground floor has a full functioning laundry with washer and dryer. Separate toilet and bath rooms, and a small room which can be a luggage room and a small room (complete with a murphy bed). We only found out there was a bed on checkout! 😅 the 2nd floor has a full functioning kitchen and dining area. We didn’t use the tub in the room but it looked nice enough. My mom was just feeling unsafe with slippery tiles on the shower, so be mindul of it. There’s a steep staircase that leads to the top floor. Not recommended for senior citizens🥲. The balcony there was my favorite!nice view and v relaxing. There’s a reading nook and gaming area,small bathroom (but not for showering), and bunk beds on the bedroom. All in all it was a lovely stay! The host was very accommodating. Highly recommended! My kids want to go back! Thanks Joma,Brad,May Ann & Lyn!!!

We recently stayed at Sharmaine’s Place and overall, it was a great experience. The location is very accessible, which made it easy for our group to arrive without any hassle. The house itself is spacious and well-suited for large groups—plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. Another plus is that the place has a heater, which made our stay comfortable, especially during the cooler hours. The only downside was the delay during check-in. Although we were informed that we could head to the property by 12 noon (even if the official check-in time was 2 PM), we ended up waiting outside for about 45 minutes because the caretaker was still cleaning. It was nearly 3 PM when we were finally allowed inside, which was a bit inconvenient after a long trip. Despite that hiccup, the place itself was great and would definitely be worth considering again, especially for big groups.

The location was great, the place was clean, the cr was clean. wish there were only free toiletries and skippers inside hehe and there was a kitchen downstairs to be perfect but overall she was okay. 💕

The place was huge and perfect for our big family. As we value privacy, we were glad when a room was vacated by a long term tenant. The kitchen was complete and clean. The kids enjoyed swimming in the big pool. The place was 20-30 mins away from Our Lady of Manaoag Church. Definetly worth recommending!

Our stay at Ms. Cathy’s private beach villa was awesome and had a wonderful experience. The place was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and very private, with large rooms that were perfect for our family. The host was responsive, and the caretakers on-site were very helpful and accommodating. Wi-Fi also worked well during our stay, which was a nice bonus. There are a few things that could use a bit of tweaking, like the lighting—especially around the grill area, so you can enjoy the beach view even at night. One of the toilets wasn’t flushing properly, but it was quickly fixed by the caretaker, which we appreciated. Despite the minor issues, we truly loved our stay and would definitely recommend this place. It’s peaceful, comfortable, and great for family getaways.

House is old but clean. Complete of kitchen utensils. Place is good for family or big groups. Spacious and with big bedrooms with T&B. Good for bonding with friends and family. Location is accessible and near the mansion and mines view park. Caretaker is also friendly and approachable. Always happy to assist and very accomodating. Place would be perfect if there's any karaoke, board games or billiards. A bit uncomfortable for elderly as you need to climb up the stairs to enter the villa. The bedrooms are also located in 2nd and 3rd floor. My family loved the place ❤️

The place was amazing. Felt right at home - the self checkin is a good option too, we didnt feel awkward that we might disturb the caretaker. Only thing is - since the place is secluded, mosquitoes are also present. Just keep this in mind - bring off lotion. But other than that - the place, ambiance, the host is amazing! Will def recommend and rebook

Our first long ride this year! I was exhausted from work and longed for a peaceful, calming retreat. I'm thrilled we booked here; the serene view, privacy, and tranquility provided a welcome escape from the chaos. I'll definitely return, and hopefully, next time I can bring my parents along too!

My partner and I loved the place! It's peaceful and easy to book for rides. The only problem was the short hike up to meet our riders, but other than that, we loved our stay! They were very accomodating until the end of our stay and was always willing to help us. Would definitely book again in the future and maybe check out their other cabins~
