Holiday rentals with a pool in Pandi

We loved the bright, open modern design of the place. There was plenty of room for several people to stay in comfort. Gated community and a walled in yard so very safe. It was very clean and well maintained. The outdoor patio area is large and great for parties and the pool is very nice, the kids loved it. There are 2 large malls within a few minutes so it is a good location. Would definitely love to stay here again and highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay! Everybody in the family absolutely loved the place. It’s just the right size for a small to medium-sized group, and the layout of the house is thoughtfully designed so that everyone feels connected while still having enough space to relax. The house was very clean and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. The host was responsive and helpful, even in the middle of the night, and never once made us feel like we were a bother. That said, I’d still suggest not disturbing them unless necessary — but if you ever need help, you can count on them. They even went the extra mile by recommending a home service massage, which was exactly what we needed to unwind. From booking to check-in and check-out, the whole process was seamless. Highly recommend this place for families looking for a smooth, stress-free getaway!

Everything was in order, marvelous hot shower and complete amenities. Very responsive host. Top notch location too.

I’d love to commend the following: - The whole Airbnb is Air conditioned. - They are very responsive & helpful. - Wifi is fast, TV Apps has subscriptions, and working speakers + microphone. - Squeaky Clean in first floor - Many rooms & has a balcony. - CareTaker is really helpful & knowledgeable (take note, she’s new but will do anything she can to assist) A few downsides that the owner can improve on: - Some linens have visible blood stain - Water is poor (even the pool. It has strong chlorine/zonrox? idk. It will make your hair dry) That’s it. I think if you are looking for a place to stay/chill with your small barkada, I’ll recommend the place! Since it has all that you’ll need. But if you are looking for a resort, and all of you will swim.. You might want to check another bnb. But overall, our stay is enjoyable & unforgettable. The price is actually a great deal! Especially if you are going to consider all the amenities that you’ll get :)

You won't even thought that there's an Airbnb like this in the Metro, near the mall, very accessible. The caretakers were kind and accommodating, always ready to answer your inquiries and requests. Nate is very responsive, you can expect him to answer your queries right away. I like their kitchen, they have provided everything you need from plates to utensils. They also provided mineral water and the use of the gas stove is for free. Excellent experience, worth recommending. We enjoyed their amenities, billiards, darts, air hockey, and also the Videoke. The rooms were also nice, hope you will have rooms at the ground floor for Seniors who can no longer go upstairs. Overall rating excellent. 👍

We had a comfortable and pleasant stay at Jez and Rheden’s place! The space was clean, clutter-free, and had everything we needed. Rheden gave us a quick tour and walked us through how to use the equipment, which was super helpful. They were also very responsive and thoughtful, bringing us extra water and the sheets we requested. Just a tip: if you’re used to sleeping in a colder room, you might want to bring your own comforter for added warmth. Overall, a great experience, highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Booked the place in such a short notice—messaged the host 15 hrs prior to check in time; was pre-approved, then paid the rent an hour before check in time. All with ease and clear communication. The place is just as in the pictures provided. Rooms are big and have their own bathroom with heater. The nipa hut was clean and didn’t need a fan (although it was provided); it was very spacious. The pool has the same height in any area and may be a bit chlorinated but very understandable. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay. Will recommend this place with no hesitation.

Had a great stay. The place was spotless and was just as pictured in photos. Convenient walking distance to Greenbelt and restaurants, highly recommended!

We loved our stay in Makati! The unit was very clean, exactly as described with amazing city views. Located in the heart of the city, this place was perfect for our weekend getaway. The private pool was absolutely amazing and the house was spotless. Jin was very helpful and quick to respond to all of our questions. We will definitely be back!

Without a doubt, this was one of the best Airbnb’s I have stayed at. It looked exactly like the pictures and was very clean. The loft has a great view of the city through the main window. Most importantly, Ton was very helpful and friendly throughout the whole process, i greatly appreciate his kindness & hospitality. I felt right at home throughout my stay.
