Villa holiday rentals in Panay

Our group of 6 really enjoyed our stay here. The resort was tucked far enough from town to be quiet and relaxing, but close enough for meals out and day trips to Iloilo. The staff was very friendly and helpful - this was the first time 2 of our party have travelled outside of the USA and the staff made us all feel very comfortable and well cared for. We especially enjoyed the pool, comfort of our rooms, and helpfulness of front desk staff in arranging transportation and excursions for us. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, resort-style experience with easy accessibility to Iloilo.

Staying at the Balay Pahayan during the Dinagyang Festival was an absolute delight for our team. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness of the entire house. The staff were incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Vhanj went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and was always friendly and approachable. One of the highlights of our stay was the breathtaking sunset view from the house. It provided a stunning backdrop to our evenings and created a truly magical atmosphere while we're working. We also had the pleasure of enjoying the jacuzzi and pool, which added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. My family had a great time. The house was big and spacious, with parking area as well. Allison was a great host and was very responsive and also considerate by letting us use one room before checkin time. Would highly recommend this esp to big groups.

The place was okay clean, cozy, and all the details were accurate. We encountered a brownout during our stay, and the downside was that they didn’t have a backup generator. Also, the caretaker was a bit off not very approachable when it came to assisting us. But overall, the experience was great.

Our month here was great! It is quite remote and non-touristic, lets you enjoy relaxing days in local vibe and gorgeous nature. Pebble beach with clean water and some corals, you will find some marine life, bring coral shoes and snorkeling mask. Kayak lets you appreciate beautiful shoreline and hills. A lot of stars at night. There is one small town nearby with 7/11, wet market and local stores, bigger town in 30 min has much more shops, nothing fancy, though. A lot to discover around, white-sand beaches, waterfalls and lakes. Just a 1.5 hr trip to Boracay. The best part - very friendly and supportive host and his crew. Psalm helped us with everything: transfers from/to airport, food, bike, trip to Boracay etc. Organized trips to waterfalls and local experiences. Aunty and Adrian cooked food and kept villa in a good shape. We felt at ease. Cons: no hot shower, insects, roosters, electric and 4G outages. We are very grateful to Psalm and his crew for this fantastic getaway!

Over all our stay was good.

We had a great stay. The place was close to convenience store, restaurants, laundry shop and shopping malls. We didnt have major issues and Ate Gigi is very polite and helpful she even helped us to bring our laundries to the shop. The place was very spacious and was a great deal. will definitely stay here again if we visit Iloilo in the future.

perfect beach front staycation for families with kids. we were a family of 8 adults, 3 kids, and 1 infant. Service was topnotch, staff was always attentive to guests, and they always made sure we had everything we needed. we also availed of their private chef service for a family celebration, he sticked to the budget and food was delicious! overall, it was a peaceful escape from city life, a chance to commune with nature, and if ever you get bored, boracay is 30 minutes away! thank you to the Moore family for sharing your little piece of paradise! your twins are really pretty, they did a good job of warmly welcoming us on our first day!

The Shire House place was exactly as described. The staff and Jules were very attentive and responsive. Although it says 10ppl max, I feel it is best for 4 ppl. We were six adults, and it was kind of tight, but we were intl travelers with many luggages. It was nice having a full bathroom accessible through the one bedroom and one outdoor toilet through the pool area. There were two twin beds and futon. The pool was definitely a fun and unique centerpiece.

We had an amazing stay here and the fact that we exceeded the maximum capacity of guest, owner gave us a free room upgrade which is not in use. The staff are very accommodating and attentive to our needs. The kids really enjoyed the pool while adults are loving the karaoke area. Highly recommended and will be back for sure.❤️

Jule's place is awesome! The caretaker is very friendly and helpful. The Host as well is very accommodating and I recommend the listing as it's worth the penny. The only problem was the utensils as I wasn't able to check the listing description which is my fault😅 but overall the place is great and we had a great time with my family❤
