Andy's place is very cozy lots of storage hooks it was very convenient. The view was also nice. Andy is also proactive and very helpful. I highly recommend this room.

Thank you Homescapes for your hospitality! We had everything we needed! The location of the building is very convenient for getting to the city center. There is also a small cafe downstairs. My child really enjoys the garden and the pool on the second floor. The mini golf next to the complex requires personal equipment, so we were not able to play. The view from the balcony is very peaceful, they also have outdoor areas on each floor if you want to breathe fresh air and admire the city from above. When we arrived, the hot water was turned off and we could not figure out how to turn it on, but Homescapes sent us a technician within 5 minutes of contacting them and he turned on the water heater. Our flight was quite late and the owners allowed us to stay in the unit a little longer for an additional fee.

Very responsive, and always helpful with any concerns we addressed . It felt like a home away from home as it provided all the basic amenities and more. I just wish they had some kind of a small washing machine for small item to do laundry. We did have a couple of concerns which was resolved with prompt responses. I highly recommend this condo with its panoramic beautiful views and the experience of a relaxing atmosphere . Thanks, we hope to revisit Joanne Marie’s place sometime soon.

My girlfriend had a wonderful stay at this condo in Bacolod! The unit was clean, modern, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was convenient—close to shops, restaurants, and major points of interest in the city. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was very responsive and accommodating throughout my stay. The building felt safe and secure, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere—perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Bacolod. Highly recommended. The place is very clean. Host gives a very clear instruction on how to self check-in. What I liked most about the place is the neighborhood. Walking distance to river esplanade, Molo Mansion and Sunset Boulevard. Would definitely recommend to thise who wish to visit Iloilo City.

Great location and hosts! Received clear instructions to get the key from their lockbox and I was in the unit with no problem. The location is great – near Robinsons Bacolod. I also walked to coffee shops (Dozy Coffee) every morning. The Watsons pharmacy is also walkable. I specifically chose this spot since it's near BC Martial, a jiu jitsu gym I was visiting. The hosts were also very responsive. I had some trouble with the internet at first, but after a quick message, it was all fixed! The internet was fast enough for both my phone and laptop work, and the wifi connection was solid throughout my stay. Spent a solid 3 nights there with no problems. This is in the newer Sitari condominium, so the facilities were great. There's also a Korean convenience store on the ground floor of the building, in addition to Buttery, a pastry and coffee shop. Will most definitely try to stay here during my next trip to Bacolod!

It was our second time staying with Ryan. Was able to check in a bit early to drop off our luggage. Love the area as it’s walkable to Festive Walk. Would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

We really wanted to thank Jo Ann as she has been very responsive to us specially sa mga tanong namin like going around and asking for recommendations sa mga local food. While for the place, it is very accessible and easy to find. The unit is super clean and really smells good! It has also provided complete things that you might be needing in your stay. From the day of booking, Dandin has been responsive. He loves to host, and it shows with his air bnb. My brother in law booked this place for 4 nights for himself, 3 kids, his wife (my sister), my father, my husband and myself. My father, husband and myself needed a place to stay a day before and after their stay, last minute, Dandin was able to accommodate us, no issues. His air bnb is well kept and clean, they came once to clean the dipping pool, which is a great plus! Upstairs there were 2 bedrooms and the master bedroom had an attached bathroom had a running hot shower, the living space had a smart tv to watch Netflix and YouTube. Downstairs was the living room, dining room, kitchen, dirty kitchen (with rice cooker) and one room with another bathroom that had a running shower. The total of 6 days in this air bnb made my stay in Bacolod much more comfortable. My family thanks you. When I am in Bacolod, I know where I’m booking next time.

Ar's place is located near the airport and ideal if you are flying in or out during off-peak hours. The water pressure in the second floor bathroom can be improved but overall, the place is as described.

Great place! Clean, peaceful, and really spacious. The access to the beach is a bonus too. The caretaker is very helpful. The welcome tray of fresh fruits is such a sweet gesture. Amazing host!
