This house is a hidden gem in Colombo. It’s very tasteful and well furnished, with an incredible backyard overlooking the water. We didn’t feel like leaving the home. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

This is my first Airbnb experience. The stay was just AMAZING. We stayed at the property for 7 days in March and we loved the property so much that we extended another couple of days. The property was as described, beautiful and comfortable. Most importantly, I have to appreciate the host, Chathura. Chathura was responsive, quick, kind and proactive. We felt extremely comfortable and my family was very grateful. My relatives visited us throughout the stay and they all commended the property. Whenever we visit Sri Lanka, we now have a place to stay. Thank you Chathura for the well maintained property and for answering all my queries throughout the stay. Well done and keep it up!!!

We love to stay at this place. Beautifully furnished, a little oasis in busy Colombo. Senerath, the caretaker, is utterly amazing. We always feel very at home.

The place was spotless and well-maintained! We stayed for over a month, and Janith’s dad was always available and happy to help whenever needed. As it was my first time using Airbnb, I was a bit nervous, but Janith reassured me that the place was safe and it truly was. Its proximity to the city was incredibly convenient. I’m so glad I chose this place because they went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

Great location, and more than I expected. We had a great time and the host was really good at checking in on us and making the whole trip smooth. He taught how to turn on the POOL JACUZZI!! It was amazing! The bed sheets and towels were brand new or felt new! The space was spotless. We walked right across to the beach and had some amazing food! Surprise is mentioned the hosts name and you get some great service. Everyone seems to know him! The backyard is really quiet and you can have a lovely drink in the Gazebo overlooking the pool. This was a great find! I would recommend this for single and family visitors! Sri Lanka is amazing and the host is a true island hospitality king! We felt safe in the house and the neighborhood. Great WiFi and fully stocked kitchen! Bathrooms were spotless and great shower pressure. We loved it all and wished we stayed longer.

My girlfriend and me spent lovely 2 weeks in this house. The house itself is really great, with fantastic design, high ceilings with fans in all rooms, exactly as in the pictures. The beach is few minutes walk from the house. Christina helped organize the airport transfer as well, we were welcomed by Shani, Christina's brother, which lives in the house next door. Shani gave us really helpful advices regarding where to go, where to eat, etc. His wife even prepared traditional lunch for us one day. The village and location is perfect to really feel authentic local experience and that's what we exactly wanted. Cheers!

The host's are amazing, super friendly and helpful. The apartment is spacious and clean, with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for preparing meals, and there is a large TV to relax and enjoy a movie. Excellent supermarket at the end of the street, along with regular buses in all directions. It's quite, the wifi is fast, and the aircon works great when you need it.

The house and the surroundings are great. All the amenities and shops are in walking distance! The hosts are great and responsive. We are very happy to recommend this place for all future visitors. We will definitely choose this place for our next stay.

Would definitely return again to Faahim’s in a heartbeat. The Airbnb really felt like home and all the facilities for my family were great. Faahim and his father are so friendly and we really enjoyed the stay.

Very warm cordial and helpful host. Very convenient and secure location with a Mall close by which had a lot of options for variety of food. Availability of Walking trail , Swimming Pool and Gym facilities within the compound of the property was ideal.

Absolutely incredible stay! We stayed here for 3 nights! Bryan’s place in Colombo exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos —if not better in person! It's impeccably clean, tastefully designed, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The view from the balcony is a highlight—breathtaking cityscape that truly makes you feel like you're in the heart of Colombo. The natural light pouring in during the day, and the calming ambiance at night, created the perfect vibe whether I was relaxing or getting work done. Location-wise, it's fantastic—central, safe, and close to all major attractions, cafes, and convenience stores. Whether you're here for sightseeing, business, or a short stopover, this spot is a gem. Spent almost a month at this Airbnb,. Amazing place, the beach is just a few meters away and my family loved it. The apartment is well maintained and easily accessible. Very safe for families to stay. We just loved every minute of our stay. The host was very accomodative and responsive. I had an issue with the ACs, was fixed in almost no time. I stayed at Sumudu's place with my mother for nearly 4 weeks. we felt right at home. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The complex was secure and had gym and a pool. Sumudu is such a responsive and helpful host. Event hough the apartment complex was right next to a busy street, the apartment was very quiet. There are lot of supermartkets and restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend Sumudu's place to anyone who is looking for a place near Colombo.

I had the pleasure of staying at this apartment during my recent trip to Colombo, and it truly was the best I’ve ever experienced in the city. After a terrible experience with another host in Mount Lavinia, I urgently needed to relocate to a safe and comfortable place, and this apartment was a breath of fresh air! The space is modern, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The host was exceptionally kind and helpful, and he handled everything with the utmost respect and professionalism which made all the difference during a difficult time. I truly appreciate everything he did to make my stay comfortable and worry-free. Without a doubt, whenever I return to Colombo, this is the place I’ll choose to stay!

Wonderful Stay – Clean, Spacious, and Full of Amenities! We had an amazing stay on this beautiful property located in centre of colmbo . The space was immaculately clean and very spacious, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The complex offers great amenities – we especially enjoyed the pool, gym, badminton, and table tennis facilities. There’s also ample car parking, which made things so convenient. There are several nice restaurants nearby, offering a variety of cuisines within walking or short driving distance. Our host was extremely responsive and helpful, making check-in smooth and answering all our questions quickly. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
