Loved the place. AC worked great and the kitchen fan was perfect. beds were comfy enough for some solid sleep and we had a great couple of days there. would love to co.e back.

The house is cozy and spacious, with drinking water provided. However, as a mom of two babies and a clean freak, I found the bathroom quite dirty—there were soap stains on the walls, and the grout was blackened. I also suspect the main door frame had termites, as bits of decayed wood kept falling to the floor, which we had to sweep often to keep our babies safe. The kitchen is very nice, and the rooms are squeaky clean. However, there were no cabinets or storage spaces for clothes and luggage, and nowhere to hang clean clothes in the rooms. Still, we had a good stay overall. If given the chance, we’d definitely book this place again. The hosts are very responsive, present when needed, and provide clear instructions. This was my second time booking one of Tatiana Roses’s places—last year and again this year—and both experiences were great.

Villa Amuntai is a beautifully designed villa. While there were a few things that needed maintenance, these didn’t affect our overall experience. The place itself is just great and we felt very safe. The hosts were respectful, responsive, and patient in answering our questions. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the entire villa is well-netted, especially since we had been told in advance about the possibility of insects. That’s to be expected in a tropical setting, especially near fruit-bearing trees. Just bring insect repellent and you’ll be fine. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place.

I like the house—it feels luxurious. The neighborhood feels very safe. I also like how the utensils are complete. The Air-conditioning is great. I’d love to go back there if I get the chance.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable home with good furniture and comfortable beds. Quiet and secure. We would definitely recommend Jannet’s place and will look to stay there again if we’re back this way.

Huge space, lots to do, when you’re in the pool while listening to music it’s party vibe/feels because of the pool’s lighting, the sound of water falls in the pool is relaxing, our children and their cousins had so much fun, they all slept over at the huge loft type room with big beds. Will book this place again

Our stay was nice and pleasant, but some improvements could enhance the overall experience. The mattresses in both rooms were low quality and flattened quickly, making them uncomfortable even after a short time. The cooling system wasn’t effective due to the ranch-style sliding doors, which had gaps that let cool air escape, making it hard to maintain a comfortable temperature. The bidet setup was inconvenient, as it required turning on the faucet to use it—having a separate water line would be more user-friendly. Lastly, the shower head sprayed water in multiple directions, which could be improved for a better experience. With a few upgrades, this place has great potential.

Love the honesty store! Really helped out when we didn’t feel like going out but wanted sodas and snacks. It’s a great place for long term stay that is cozy and chill. I appreciate the aesthetics of the place and the access to streaming services. It’s defo one of the nicest designs in the subdivision. Devine was very accommodating too! Just to set your expectations if you have a car, parking is a hassle for everyone in that neighborhood. Devine’s place is conveniently located near the basketball court where there’s more parking space but when it’s rainy, that’s another thing to deal with. No problem if you have a motorcycle though. Will definitely stay here again!

I suggest placing the location pin more accurately and adding some signages to make the place easier to locate. There should be daily garbage disposal to prevent flies. Additionally, the caretaker must ensure the pool is cleaned every day.

The place is super close to Aqua Planet and there are tons of great food spots around, which was super convenient. The place was really easy to find, and the host was super friendly and made us feel right at home. Thank you, Ms. Kixx!

very nice place to stay in esp if you have pets, the house is very pet friendly, i love that they have a big garage that my dogs can be off leashed to play. the living room has an AC which is wonderful esp for my dogs. Lots of place to get food nearby. Very accesible to the events place of the dogshow we went to. Neil was very responsive and helpful to all my querries. will definitely book his place again.

Relaxing Homestay Experience in Pampanga Our 3-day, 2-night stay was exactly what we needed. The homestay was cozy, clean, and well-maintained, offering all the comforts we were looking for. Special thanks to the host and the maintenance team for being responsive and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in. We attended the Aurora Music Festival on the second day, which was amazing, followed by a fun visit to Aqua Planet, a great water park with something for everyone. We also checked out Sandbox in Porac, an exciting adventure park with thrilling activities. This homestay provided a peaceful retreat after our busy days, making it a perfect base for our Pampanga trip. Highly recommend it for anyone seeking a relaxing stay with easy access to nearby attractions.

Michael was a great host. The location is not very glamorous but for the price and what you get it’s very good and put you close to a lot of things in that area.

We had an amazing experience at this resort. The place was clean, beautiful, and exactly as described in the listing. The surroundings were peaceful as it is in a private subdivision. The location was great as well — just a fee kilometers from San Fernando Exit. What really made the stay special was the host — Ms. Faye was kind, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. She happily accomodated our requests for additional blankets and late check out until 1pm. Perfect for small family gatherings.

Jet’s place was spacious, clean, and cozy. The decor was aesthetically pleasing and was well-stocked with supplies such as water, kitchen equipment, and toiletries. Jeretth was also very responsive, especially with our queries about the Netflix log-in details and the extra bed we requested. We had a bit of trouble opening the smart lock at first, but that was more us being unfamiliar with it 😅. We’ll definitely choose this place again given the chance to travel to the area again. There are great stays and then there are amazing humanitarian encounters. My fiance was staying by herself, while I was out of the country. She had developed the flu and was very sick. Through compassion Dennis and his wife took great care of her. They gave her medicine and made her homemade soup and kept and eye on her and kept me updated. Never have I seen such dedication to Customer Service and hosting as this exemplary service from this outstanding humanitarian host. God bless you both!!! I highly recommend this stay for everyone you will be treated like family with loving care.

What a fantastic Airbnb! We spent 4 nights here and had a truly great time. The space was impeccably clean, we felt completely safe, and the neighborhood was lovely.
