Everything was great with our stay

The house is very spacious and cozy, it is very well maintained and is very comfortable. Julián, the person who takes care of it, who is aware of everything at any time, very polite and helpful. The pool is heated with solar panels, but it reached a perfect temperature. Daniela, the host, communicated very kindly and gave us many facilities. It was a very good experience, we plan to repeat.

Accommodation is exactly like the photos, pool water at a good temperature. Large pool. Nice home design. Lots of furniture and space for 4 vehicles. Each room with its own bathroom. The only thing that failed a little was the cold as it didn't cool completely well. Outside everything was very good. Great communication from the host

Loved the house! As soon as you enter, you can see the large green space. The pool and jacuzzi are perfect. We loved that, despite being all together, everyone has privacy in their own little house, and having 3 bathrooms is a super plus. The barbecue area is amazing for eating together, chatting. We paid for the boiler for 2 days and the water was perfect! It rained on us at night, but just as we paid for it, it felt warm. You have many things nearby, super, Oxxo. The parking area is very large. The lady who receives you is very nice and explains everything. 10/10 I will definitely return!

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious house with a lovely outdoor area and pool. It is in a quiet area removed from the noise and hustle of the noisier parts of the city.

We were very happy at Arturo's house, it is a very spacious house, with a garden and super cared for plants, the pool is a good size and the water was at a good temperature, communication with the host was super good. I recommend 100% stay

The house is as described, the area in which it is located is very quiet and close to the center of Cuernavaca. The hostess was always on the lookout, she was very helpful and kind. We loved the recommendations of places to go for breakfast and eat, as well as the activities that can be done.

A perfect house to spend a very pleasant time with the family... the living rooms, dining room, kitchen and pool area are perfect... all the bathrooms are super clean and with everything you need for the stay... very nice place and highly recommended.

The house is spacious as shown in the pictures. It has many utensils in the kitchen, worthwhile details such as impeccable towels, tidy and abundant furniture in the bedrooms, all with closets, hooks, drawers for unpacking. Much more comfortable than another Airbnb we've visited. Something to highlight is that the pool was always kept at a very good temperature, which meant that we could enjoy it even though we had very bad weather and rain, the children were happy. Great attention from the hosts, we had an electrical issue and they solved it very quickly and without any problems. Some maintenance details but nothing serious.

Great house and host very responsive. House was clean, pool and jacuzzi were awesome! We even had a home cooked breakfast at the house provided by Maty, and it was the best chilaquiles ever! Overall the house was a great stay. The location was a little hidden and uber would have a hard time locating us so we had to walk out to the main street for pick-ups., but other than that, I highly recommend this place!

Adrián’s home is beautiful, spacious, and peaceful. Tucked away in a quiet, gated residential neighborhood, it felt incredibly safe and offered the perfect escape from the buzz of the city. The house is immaculately clean and thoughtfully laid out—our group of eight had more than enough room to relax comfortably. The home is fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The pool is large enough for swimming laps, and the garden is absolutely stunning—clearly maintained with care by a dedicated gardener who visits daily. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast prepared by Eva. Using fresh, local ingredients and groceries we picked up from a nearby store just minutes away, she made us the most delicious meal. Adrián was a warm and welcoming host who made sure we felt completely at home. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, safe, and enjoyable stay in Cuernavaca. We’re already hoping to return soon!

The house was fabulous! the staff was amazing and super quick to respond. We Uber from CDMX and arrived before our check in time and they were kind enough to let us in early. The place was spotless even thought we had booked the night before. The pool was amazing, they had lots of balls to play with, the kids loved it. the linens and pillows were amazing! Kitchen was fully stocked and it couldn't had been more fun even for one night. The view and sounds of the water behind us were great. The stairs were steep and a lot, but it made sense for how beautiful the house was, we didn't mind them.
