Wonderful stay! I took my mom to Sicily for the first time and this was a most ideal place and setting. The service and attention was exceptional and made you feel right at home upon arrival. The room seemed like it was newly renovated with nice modern furnishings and technology and also immaculately clean. Perfect patio view of La Isola Bella. The outdoor pool was clean as well. If you chose not to rent a car you can take a bus which picks you up about halfway down the hill and it takes you to the beach as well as the center of Taormina. I would return here anytime. accommodation located in a city that is a must-see!!!The nearby square makes it easy to park. Intended for people who are alert because the accommodation is accessible on foot and with a few large steps, located at the level above the sea, you can access the seaside by going down many stairs. There is an elevator but it was not in operation. Manuela greeted us in the street so that we could easily find the accommodation and was able to give us some directions to visit Scilla. The tourist tax is not included in the price, you must add €2 per person per day. Our stay was only one night and was very well suited for this small accommodation.

Great aparment with a super view not too far from Taormina. We really enjoyed our stay and Andrea was super responsive host and made us feel welcome. We can highly recommend it.

Perfect and very dedicated support from the hostess: Always available, friendly and warm, it doesn't get any better. The apartment is clean and bright, with a dream view of the coast and the sea, just great. The kitchen is equipped with everything you can expect in a vacation apartment and what is necessary for the preparation of usual delicacies such as risotto, spaghetti with salads, etc. There is no oven, but good cookware with a 2-burner induction hob - completely sufficient. There are restaurants and an ice cream shop nearby, and you could also walk to the beach. There are several beaches nearby, all of which are ideal for swimming. Bottom line: We can recommend this accommodation without restriction!!! Thank you again, dear Maria Teresa.

The building is right in the centre of lovely old Guardavalle - a very old hill town with a couple of restaurants and a bakery as well as a fruit shop and small grocery store etc. The apartment is very spacious and beautifully, simply decorated. Concetta has gone to a lot of effort to include small details that really make a difference, like a nice teapot, a toaster, spare bin bags and foil etc. She even had a delicious homemade cake waiting for us on our arrival and some home-grown fruits - a lovely welcome. We'd highly recommend the apartment as long as you're ok with some noise at it's on one of the main streets and is above a bar that had some lively customers who were at it until late each night. The area is stunning - full of citrus and olive groves, but a car is obviously a must. The roads leading up to some of the gorgeous hilltop towns like Stilo and Badolato are very windy and high but are generally well kept and have barricades that make it feel safer!

This was an incredible place with a beautiful view. Really perfect and exactly what we were looking for. There was also the added bonus of a concierge, Alessandra, who helped us organize transit to and from the airport, car rental, took a grocery order for us so we’d arrive to a stocked kitchen, and organized tour with a guide for us. Alessandra was excellent and incredibly attentive. She definitely made this a unique and exceptional Airbnb experience that really exemplified hospitality.

Unbeatable location, 1 block from the historic pedestrian area, everything very close. The apartment was impeccable and Antonio was super friendly and responded immediately. Highly recommended.

We had a great holiday. The apartment is perfectly situated in Tropea and the view from the balcony is second to none. Everything was close and there was enough space for all of us. Thank you for hosting us.

Roberto was a great host and helped us get settled nicely once we got to Sicily. He answered any questions we had and gave us a list of restaurants, beaches and tours before we got there. He also helped book us a taxi to his apartment. The apartment is next to the grocery store and all the shops and restaurants which was very convenient. Overall, we loved our stay and would highly recommend for anyone to stay there.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 nights in the month of Ocotber. The apartment is cute! It has a full kitchen as well as two bedrooms. The second bedroom only has single beds, in which we did not use. The shower is quite small and if you are overweight you may have trouble for the shower ( we did not have any issues). There is a washer as well which is very convenient! The location of this apartment is perfect, it's situated right next to the stairs to get down to the beach, and 2-3 mins walk to the centre. The sunset from the balcony is stunning. I recommend this place! Thank you Lina !

Giuseppe was an amazing host. The location couldn’t have been more perfect. Giuseppe went out of his way to send through a list of recommended attractions in the area as well as how to get to and from the accommodation. Any question I had, he was quick to respond. I felt at home at the accommodation, and loved Tropea.

We loved our stay here. It had the most incredible view that we didn’t want to leave. Super easy access to the beach and the cable car into the town centre. Recommend staying here over Taormina as it’s away from the tour groups and craziness so it is really peaceful but easy to get to town for dinner etc. The rooms and kitchen all looked over the ocean, were clean and well maintained. Pietro was an excellent host and made everything simple. Even had a beautiful antipasti platter for us on arrival. Would visit again!

Teresa accommodated our last minute request to stay. She was very responsive. She met us and showed us around. Gave excellent recommendations. Her place was very clean and fresh feeling. We would definitely return if we visit that part if Italy again. Perfect location between many great areas.

I’m not sure I can sum this up in 1000 words but our stay at Roberto’s was beyond any expectation. Not only was it spotlessly clean, perfectly located and had its own parking, it was a 5 minute walk to the cable car to Taormina town (quick 3-4 min ride). The nearby restaurants were phenomenal especially Bel Assai and Blum. Both walkable within 5 minutes. Roberto as a host is simply the best we’ve ever had. There were multiple snacks and beverages for us upon arrival and everything you could ever want from an Airbnb experience. His charm and care were off the charts. Tanjit, his very strong helper, was available for any questions or inquiries we had as well. All in all it was our favorite stay not only in Sicily but in the course of our 20+ Airbnb’s around the world. To be fair- yes, there are many steps to the property but every single one was worth the experience. If you get the opportunity book it immediately. There’s no place like it in the world.

We had a lovely stay at Stefano’s place. Perfect location close to everything and we loved having a drink on the terrace before dinner. Would 100% recommend.

Giovanni's place is a great house with beautiful views of Taormina, the sea and Etna. The location is great and it is very easy to walk all around the center of Taormina and the tourist paths. Still, the house is a little off the busiest parts and relatively quiet. The kitchen has the implements necessary to cook simple meals. The beds are a little on the hard side, but there are blankets and comforters that can be used to soften them a bit. Overall, a great place for those visiting Taormina. Giovanni is a great host and was very patient when the train we were arriving in had technical issues and did not reach Taormina station on time (we had to take a bus from Letojanni, where the train stopped). Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Very nice, very clean, very good equipped and designed apartment. We can absolutely recommend to stay here! Beach, supermarket and good restaurants are available but ideally you have a car.
