Calynn was a great host! The unit had everything we needed and then some. Great location near old town Bluffton, as well as many good dining and shopping options. Short drive to the island. As a former 16 year resident of Hilton Head I would be happy to stay at this location for future visits!

This unit was in a great location- so easy to get to River Street and City Market. It was clean and decorated so nicely! We felt right at home and our hosts were even kind enough to leave laundry soap for a mid visit load of laundry. Great communication prior to our trip made check in easy. Thank you! Highly recommend!

We came to Bluffton for a wedding and needed a comfortable and spacious place to stay ; this property was perfect ! Great walkable location , quiet side street , nice back patio and even better front porches . All the updates and amenities you can ask for this property has . Sarah and Michael were unbelievably accommodating on very short notice! The house was pristine! Although we did not do much eating there, we could’ve eaten off the floor;) they had everything we needed and more! The bed and linens were super comfortable! We walked downtown for dinner and we were going to leave first thing in the morning but ended up walking to get coffee and through the park, which was lovely. We would stay there again in a minute and can’t wait to do so :-) highly recommend to you and anyone you care about that is coming to Savannah!

We are very thankful to have came across this beautiful cottage for our vacation. It was everything we imagined and more. When we arrived there was music playing, wine, a sweet note, and a cake was left to greet us upon our arrival for our anniversary. It was full of all the amenities all the way down to Apple Watch chargers on each side of the bed (something I forgot to pack). Anything you may forget, Kimberly most likely has it in the cottage for you already. The beach chairs were great to take to the beach! (as we also had forgot ours) Everything was thoughtfully decorated and stocked. I loved the front porch area for my morning reading and coffee. It’s nestled on a quiet street just a short drive to Savannah and Tybee Island. Communication was amazing. We didn’t have any questions during our stay, but from the prior communication and check in, I was sure Kimberly was just a text away. We felt at home and safe at Penrose Cottage. We hope one day to be able to come back!

Extremely responsive and helpful host. Great house, gorgeous, peaceful views. Perfect location. Will definitely be back! This house is perfect for a couple, workable for a family of three or four. Bathrooms clean and new but small. Lots of wildlife. Enjoyed the nature walk, bike riding and proximity to Harbourtown. Thank you for your hospitality!!

Eric and Danielle's place was exactly as described and a great place for our group of 4 to stay for college move-out weekend. We especially appreciated Eric's willingness to help us with our local questions. This cottage is super clean, well-appointed and quiet. The off-street parking in Savannah is also a bonus! My family and I took a quick one day trip up to Hilton head Island from Atlanta to go to the beach. We were very pleased with this unit as it was only a couple blocks away from the beach so definitely within walking distance (less than a 10 minute walk), there were tons of restaurants and little shops nearby. The home was beautiful and clean and equipped with everything we needed, and they even had beach chairs and an umbrella and a wagon for us to use which was super helpful to have. The hosts were very communicative and even accommodated us getting there early from Atlanta. It was well worth the price in my opinion compared to other rentals, we will definitely be back to stay there again!

Great location along Coligny Beach! We took advantage of the beach chairs and was nice to be a short walk back for anything we needed. We purchased and left a beach umbrella for future guests to enjoy. Condo is ideal size for 2 guests as listing suggests.

We had a fantastic time in this lovely condo! The view was amazing to wake up to every morning. The decor and furnishings were beautiful and comfortable. The personal touches -- breakfast, snacks, coffee, mimosas -- were very thoughtful and appreciated! The beach gear (towels, umbrella, chairs, cooler) was especially helpful since we flew in and did not bring any of our own. The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions we had. This was our first visit to HHI and we loved every minute of it. We would highly recommend this space and these hosts to anyone visiting HHI and would absolutely book again if we plan another trip here!

Exceptional host. There are cats walking around property which made me raise an eyebrow but during stay they added to the charm! We maybe saw 5 different cats while there so not many at all. David was always responsive and checking in and answered our questions immediately. Will stay again on his properties. The beach was our backyard and perfect for our very young grandkids. Property has been featured on HGTV in past years.

We had a very nice stay. Location is great as far as being able to walk to what we wanted to do. Unit is very clean and well stocked and we appreciated the coffee! As others have noted it is on a very noisy street. But we had read the reviews and packed earplugs so sleep was not an issue.

Amazing views! I’ve been coming to Hilton Head for many years and you can’t beat the views of Harbour Town. Greg was a great host and was very responsive to a couple questions we had. The condo was perfect for the two of us and had everything we needed. Would stay here again!
