Perfect apartment, ideal location, wonderful host. We had a great time in Setubal staying in Margarida’s apartment. Really ideal location to stay with kids - a few minutes walk from two great local parks, several supermarkets and less than 10 minutes to the main pedestrian square and the famous market. The apartment is fabulously equipped for the stay. Margarida even helped provide a crib for our toddler, plenty of toys and a high chair. Really a life saver for our trip. The kitchen has all of the appliances and dishes you’ll need. Bedrooms are spacious, bathrooms are clean, internet is plenty fast and the terraces are amazing. Relaxing in the hammock was a joy. Margarida also saved our butts by letting us check in early after a red-eye flight with our 2-year old. That nap was a blessing. Thank you!

What a lovely little apartment in an authentic Portuguese neighborhood, yet within easy walking distance to everything. The host was very kind and helpful and the instructions to get into the apartment were very clear. I enjoyed my stay here very much.

Beautiful and very comfortable apartment in a great location! Keira was an amazing hostess. We were there during the national power outage. She checked on us several times, brought us flashlights and extended an open invitation to her home should we need anything. Having this safety net in a foreign country where we didn’t speak the language was priceless. Fortunately the outage was relatively brief. Grab this unit if your dates are available. You’ll be glad you did!

Eu e minha esposa passamos 25 dias muito agradáveis no apartamento da Sara. O apartamento é espaçoso, muito limpo e organizado, decorado com bom gosto e totalmente equipado e funcional. A localização é excelente. Fica no centro histórico de Setúbal, próximo da praia, de um supermercado, e com fácil acesso a transporte. Fica também bem próximo de vários restaurantes e bares do centro histórico. A Sara é uma excelente anfitriã. Sempre respondeu rapidamente às nossas mensagens, é muito cordial e sempre procurou facilitar a nossa estadia. Recomendo fortemente o apartamento da Sara a quem quiser passar uma temporada em Setúbal sem incidentes e com conforto.

Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und hübsch eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber. Es fehlt eigentlich an nichts. Insbesondere in der Küche waren viele Extras. Dazu ist es sehr kinderfreundlich, es gab sogar Spielzeug für verschiedene Altersklassen und ein Kuscheltier zur Begrüßung für unser Baby im Kinderbett. Super ist auch der kombinierte Waschtrockner. Der große Außenbereich ist sehr schön, bei unserem Aufenthalt war es leider zu kühl und windig. Rafael ist ein sehr engagierter Gastgeber, kümmert sich sofort und ist gut erreichbar gewesen. Zum Teil hätte die Ausstattung etwas hochwertiger sein können (Bettwäsche und Kissen aus dünnem Polyester, Pfannen in der Küche). In jedem Raum ist dafür ein Fernseher. Für uns war das eher unnötig, aber jemand anderes findet das sicher praktisch :) Mit dem Auto ist vieles gut erreichbar, man ist aber darauf angewiesen. Das Schloss in Palmela ist wegen der tollen Aussicht sehr zu empfehlen. Mehrere Supermärkte in wenigen Minuten Fahrtzeit erreichbar.

Der Aufenthalt war super! Insgesamt hat die Unterkunft unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir waren eine Gruppe aus 8 Erwachsenen, 2 Kindern und 2 Kleinkindern und es war genug Platz für alle, so dass man sich gut im Hause verteilen konnten, wenn nötig. Und beim Essen konnten alle gemütlich am großen Esstisch im gemütlichen Wohn-/Esszimmer zusammensitzen. Leider war das Wetter nicht optimal für lange Pooltage, aber wir konnten ihn trotzdem nutzen. Besonders die Kinder hatten viel Spaß. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Da wir viel Kaffee trinken hat die kleine Espressomaschine nicht ausgereicht, aber das war auch das einzige was uns gefehlt hatte und wir haben schnell eine Alternative für uns gefunden und eine einfache Filterkaffeemaschine im nahegelegenen Discounter Laden gekauft. Bei Fragen oder Anliegen haben die Gastgeber immer sehr schnell geantwortet und geholfen. Vielen Dank! 🙂

Maison agréable dans un environnement calme, ce que nous recherchions pour les vacances avec 2 enfants. La maison est bien équipée et la piscine à 20m de la terrasse était un gros plus. L'hôte nous a bien guidé pour la remise des clés et le check out. Le café d'accueil fut une belle attention. Nous recommandons.

La estancia ha sido genial, justo lo que necesitábamos. Fuimos recibidos por su perrita con alegría! nos encantan los animales. Hemos estado cómodos y todo ha ido super bien desde la llegada a la salida.

The place was good, I am familiar with the area, but the house was very nice and quiet and I felt like I was at home, the e only issue was the lack of local tv but apart from that everything was good and our stay was good and I would totally recommend this place and I will book it again.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement. La piscine chauffée a été un vrai plus, surtout en cette saison, nous avons pu en profiter pleinement. Ana Paula, l'hôte, a été remarquable : toujours disponible, très sympathique et à l'écoute de nos besoins, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Le calme du logement est également à souligner, idéal pour se reposer et se ressourcer. Petit point à noter : il est nécessaire d'avoir une voiture car il n'y a pas de supermarché à proximité à pied.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à São Simão ! Le logement est très propre, bien équipé et parfaitement conforme à l’annonce. L'hôte est précise, honnête et très réactive, ce qui a rendu notre arrivée et notre séjour très faciles. Même si le logement est un peu excentré de Lisbonne, cela ne nous a pas posé de problème — au contraire, nous avons apprécié le calme des environs. Notre fille a adoré profiter du SPA, un vrai plus ! C’est un endroit où l’on se sent immédiatement à l’aise. Merci encore pour cette belle expérience !

Highly recommend this Airbnb! Check in was extremely easy Simone was there to walk us through everything and was very responsive throughout the planning process. The apartment itself was very clean and included a full kitchen as well as a washer. Situated in a quiet corner but only takes 10-15 minutes to travel into the main city.

Vi blev mødt af et værtspar med en venlighed, imødekommenhed og hjælpsomhed, som man kan forvente af nære venner eller familie. Huset var istandsat udvendigt og indvendigt af en indretningskunstner (Marcel). Vi har haft et uforglemmeligt ophold, og kan på det varmeste anbefale stedet.

Der Aufenthalt bei Silvia war super. Die Unterkunft war nur ein paar Straßen vom Meer entfernt mit einem wunderschönen Strand fast vor der Haustür. In Sesimbra kann man gut wandern, es gibt diverse Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, die Lage war perfekt. Silvia war immer erreichbar und hat schnell geantwortet. Es war auch möglich früher zu einzuchecken und später zu fahren. Die Unterkunft war sauber, hatte eine kleine Küche und sogar einen Geschirrspüler und eine Waschmaschine. Alles war hervorragend! Ich würde dort immer wieder Urlaub machen. Vielen herzlichen Dank!

The host was incredibly welcoming, communicative, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Every detail, from the cozy linens to the fully equipped kitchen, was spot on. The location was unbeatable—tucked away in a quiet, safe neighborhood but still just 20 minutes from Lisbon centre which has amazing restaurants, shops, and attractions. We loved waking up to the natural light pouring in, enjoying coffee on the balcony, and relaxing after a day of exploring. If you’re lucky enough to find this place available, BOOK IT IMMEDIATELY! Sehr große und gemütlische Wohnung im Zentrum von Setubal. Sehr nah zum Port und zu alle Kaffees und Restaurants. Gut ausgestattet. Marika ist immer gut erreichbar. Falls du Ruhe suchts ost es nicht der Ort( jeden Abend gibt es Konzerte direkt vor der Wohnung) . But that was for us no Problem. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Great host and apartment! The location is good and there are many nice restaurants and supermarket around the area. Will definitely come back again in our next visit in Lisbon.
