This is one of the few privileged villas in Cala Deia, located by the sea and with truly wonderful sea and mountain views. The rocky and pebble beach is only 50 meters away via a private path. Do not forget the jacuzzi with best views ever !! The place is astonishing all year round. Every single room has AC/heater. You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours. It is also a trully amazing place for our very few neighbours so I am afraid no party people accepted. My family built the house when there were not even roads and they had to use boats and donkeys to carry everything over. Its is a magic place !!!!!! You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours !!!!! There are two totally separated areas. Upstairs there are two rooms, shower and bathroom, living area and open kitchen and downstairs two rooms, shower and bathroom. I will provide the "must see" list of places of the area. We can organize VIP services for you such as Yachts, Vehicles, Chauffeur, Deep sea fishing, Guided cycle tours, Catering, Private Chef, Spa treatments, Entertainment bookings, Yoga and Pilates, Guided Hiking, scuba diving, helicopter flights.

We have just returned from an amazing two week stay in this beautiful villa with our three grown-up daughters and partners. The Villa is immaculate and very well presented . The gardens are beautiful and very well maintained and the saltwater pool is just perfect and is cleaned and maintained two or three times a week but you hardly notice as the maintenance guys come early in the morning. The location is perfect however a hire car is essential. 20-30 minutes either direction for the airport, Palma or Port de Soller. There are small grocery stores within seven minutes drive in Bunyola or Palmanyola. For a larger supermarket shop Carrefour is a 20 minute drive away. Katrine the house manager who met and checked us in was delightful and couldn’t have been more helpful and both she and the host Thorsten are extremely responsive to any queries before our arrival and during All in all an amazing stay. We hope to revisit in the future .

The view from the patio was stunning, the home was private, comfortable and well stocked and the manager did a fantastic job of providing directions to the home and to nearby parking! Stewart also added a personal touch by sending us a welcome note and making sure we had everything we needed! We would absolutely stay here again if we have the opportunity!

A very stylishly furnished apartment in quiet Palmanyola. We were there with a baby and toddler and therefore we put a lot of the decoration in the third bedroom. The two children and we felt very comfortable there. Especially the garden was a highlight with the homemade fruits and vegetables. We were very well advised at check-in about the possibilities in Mallorca and in Palmanyola. In case of problems, the host was quick to reach and promptly offered solutions. Thank you for everything.

This villa is stunning and in a beautiful location. Communication with Angie both before and during our stay was fantastic and she was always happy to help and offer suggestions. The pool and surrounding area was fantastic for the whole family and the kids loved it. Can't recommend this enough!
