The apartment is in a great location in easy walking distance to everything around the channel district, lots of restaurants and a Publix grocery store. It was clean, in a nice building, easy to access and the host was kind and communicated with us well. I'd stay here again for sure.

1000/10 RECOMMEND !!! Love love love the aesthetic of this place, Jeremy was super helpful and accommodating and the space has absolutely everything you need! Loaded closet with all the beach supplies you need AND a wagon to tote it all around! The space was super cozy and also got a cute little welcome basket with things to use during your stay! We will definitely be coming back to this space for our annual florida trip!

I had a great stay at Johnathan’s Airbnb! The space was super clean, well-kept, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. You can tell he takes pride in maintaining the property. Johnathan was very communicative and easy to reach, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. He was also really friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. It’s always a plus when the host is just as great as the space itself. I definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a cozy, reliable place to stay. The check-in is correctly described, a little confusing and parking is not very clear. you should pick the non reserved spots or you may get in trouble. That said, I would go back in a heartbeat

This is a beautiful and immaculate space in a suburb setting. Our host Gustavo was so helpful and responsive. Will definitely rent again if in this area.

Chris was a great host. He answered all of our questions and gave us great advice and recommendations. The property was amazing. His décor was outstanding! The details were perfect. The property was easy to access and easy to enter. The Bay and pool were right outside our window. The bar at the pool had lots of options. There was even entertainment on Friday night at the pool. We felt completely safe and the parking was also easy and covered (under the condo). We loved our stay at this property. Highly recommend property and host!

This place was perfect! We found that whatever we needed or forgot was provided in the condo. The beds were comfy, lots of pillows, and loved sitting with our coffees (lots of varieties) on the balcony. Definitely be returning.

We loved our stay at this peaceful Airbnb with just a quick drive to the beach and downtown St. Pete. The area had plenty of great dine-in and takeout spots, and the sunset view was absolutely stunning. Perfect spot for a quiet, romantic getaway for two!

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! The house was not only beautiful but also incredibly welcoming—my family felt right at home from the moment we walked in. We were so comfortable and happy here that we genuinely didn’t want to leave—we even considered staying an extra night! we had a wonderful 1 month stay at this home. we found it super clean, a comfortable and quiet location, and loved both the indoor and outdoor pools offered in the park. Susan was very responsive to any and all questions that we had, she was a super host! the house is in an adorable neighborhood, which we loved getting in our walks everyday. I don't have anything negative to say about this place, we absolutely loved it and all the neighborhood had to offer!

We had a great stay at Joel's place from May 8-12 while we were visiting Tampa for our daughter's graduation from USF and USAF Commissioning. Joel was very responsive, friendly, provided lots of recommendations, and made us feel welcome. Upon arrival there was a welcoming graduation sign in the yard along with flowers, a card and some decorations inside. This was a very thoughtful touch and much appreciated. It was also wonderful to have k-cups, water, sugar, etc. provided for us at the house. I also loved that there was workout equipment in the garage area. I used the treadmill a couple mornings before venturing out for a daytime activities. The house is super convenient to Busch Gardens and USF's campus.

We very much enjoyed our stay and our kids went wild with the HUGE hot tub and the play room was an awesome bonus. The kitchen was FULLY stocked with anything I could possibly need to make meals for the family. Very clean and spacious

Billie & Mindy's studio is the perfect place to stay for a solo traveller. The apartment was clean, quiet, cozy and well-stocked. I loved the courtyard decorations and being able to walk to the waterfront, local restaurants & shops, etc. Location couldn't be better, St Pete and other major beaches are all within 10-20 min drive. Highly recommend, would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very clean and comfortable bungalow with a stellar backyard area with lots of seating and places to lounge. Multiple tvs and a very fun game room, and three spacious bedrooms. Located in a great area with just two miles to Publix and other retail locations. The kitchen was fully stocked - could use a little love, as the silverware and cutlery were well used - and clean. The hosts are truly the hidden asset of this unit. Upon arrival, we learned that the previous tenant had broke the coffee pot. We asked Lorena about this on arrival and had a new coffee pot delivered in 90 minutes! Never had faster responses to any requests, and it was all positive. Very impressed and would stay again.
