Beachfront holiday rentals in Palm Jumeirah

This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment. It’s near to walk to the each, shopping mall and places to eat. We will hopefully return next Xmas .

We had a very comfortable stay at this chic apartment. Location is great. Easy to get Uber to get around. Super market close by. Views are great.

Tout est parfait malgré un début entacher par l ancien voyageur qui avait oublié de laisser la carte de l ascenseur mais corrigé très rapidement avec une communication pro actif de l hôte Le cadre est magnifique l appartement moderne bien finie et haut de gamme tout comme la résidence et l hôtel urn tv supplémentaire dans la chambre apporterait plus de confort selon le point de vue de chacun La piscine et le bar au 77eme étage sont incroyables les restaurants sur les plages sont très bon supermarchés pharmacie ouvert 24/24 Dommage qu il n y ait une consigne sur la résidence mais une solution est envisageable à l hôtel moyennant finance

I had an amazing stay — the place was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The host maintained great communication throughout, which made the whole experience smooth. It’s only a 2-minute walk to JBR Beach and surrounded by tons of great food spots. Definitely a spot I’d come back to!

Absolutely wonderful home and an even more amazing host! From the very beginning, the clear and thoughtful instructions made everything feel easy and welcoming. The apartment itself is stunning — beautifully designed, perfectly located and with great access to hotel amenities and nearby spots. Everything came together to make the stay effortlessly enjoyable. Our stay was wonderful at Naji’s AirBNB in the heart of the city. The views were fantastic 🏙️ and the accommodation was just what we needed. One of the best Airbnbs i been too. Amazing view. Very peaceful. Great host. Photos dont do this place justice. Its actually bigger than it looks. If i went to dubai i would stay at the same place again! Private balcony was well worth it. Sunrise views in morning. Although a bit far from mainland (about 20-25 mins) careem app was very useful. Food/taxis at your fingertips.

Прекрасные апартаменты, соответствуют описанию и фото (кроме того, что бассейн был на ремонте, но видимо скоро запустят)! Несмотря на то что находится на оживленном west beach, расположены так, что в квартире всегда тихо и спокойно! Локация великолепная, всё рядом! С удовольствием обратимся еще! (Единственное, что хотелось бы знать заранее - всего две карты доступа в здание в наличии, если вас будет 3 или 4 человека , и вы будете передвигаться отдельно, закажите карты заранее)

Нам очень понравилось все продумано, душевые принадлежности, даже несколько таблеток для стирки белья, что очень практично. На удобной кровати можно наслаждаться видом из панорамного окна, с удовольствием вернемся!

Just one word to describe the overall stay — Awesome! This was my first booking experience through Airbnb, and I had a lot of concerns initially, but every communication was clear and reassuring. As for the property — simply outstanding. Grand Bleau Tower-1 is a fantastic choice for a staycation. The neighborhood is peaceful, and the beach, pool, gym, and other amenities were top-notch. Really looking forward to another wonderful stay here!

Было очень приятно, что нас ждали, заселение было легким, удобный замок с кодом, чистая квартира, удобные матрасы, звукоизоляция отличная, шикарный вид с террасы, ночью вообще восхитительно, на кухне все есть и все работает, рядом много кафешек, свой пляж с удобными лежаками, море чистое, крабов видно через два метра, Марина Молл в пяти минутах езды, аптеки, кафе, рестораны, супермаркеты все на доставки считаные минуты-это очень удобно С полной ответственностью рекомендую это жильё

Highly Recommend. The apartment was clean, fully furnished, and exactly as shown in the listing. Nice touch having a coffee machine, tea and coffee supplies, and a few days’ worth of bottled water was provided. Check-in was easy overall. There was a minor issue with the secure box code, but the host sorted it in five minutes. The location was great. Right on the beach with a sea view and a large balcony. Much quieter than facing the road. There was some daytime noise from refurbishment work in a nearby apartment, but that’s normal for Dubai and didn’t bother me much. No complaints at all. I’d definitely stay here again—it was perfect for what I needed.

Great apartment with awesome views. A great spot to take in the views and watch the boats go by. Close enough to facilities such as coffee shops but without the crowds. Great private beach, pool and gym too. Something for all the family. Only 5 minutes by taxi to supermarkets and more restaurants. The sunsets from the apartment were the icing on the cake!
