We stayed in the villa as a family and had an absolutely amazing time. The property exceeded our expectations — it’s even more beautiful than the photos and description suggest. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. Jawad was incredibly welcoming and waited for us despite our late arrival, making the check-in process seamless. The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped, which made cooking a pleasure, and the garden is beautifully designed and immaculately maintained — a perfect space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Overall, we had a fabulous stay and would love to come back again. Highly recommended!

We had a fabulous stay, it was exactly what our family needed and the hosts were incredibly thoughtful. They sent my husband cookies for his birthday and when checking in one time had said 3pm instead of their usual 4pm. When I told them my arrival time was 3.30 based on the 3pm communication they said no problem we’ll send an extra cleaner to have the house ready for you in time! Now that’s service. I was so happy with everything about our stay

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Shai’s place (Reem Townhouse). From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with Shai was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and given a thorough tour of the property. The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with Swimming Pool, kids Play Area, Gym, Basket Ball, etc. We enjoyed exploring the area as well. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. Fantastic villa. Very very large and spacious. The pool was heated and absolutely stunning. We cooked on bbq a few times which was lovely. Air con was brilliant. Very modern inside. Location was great only 15 mins away from the marina. The host was fantastic, always replied fast. We needed a cot bed they provided one the same evening. Will definitely return to this villa.

Fantastic stay and a lovely home and area. We’re moving to the UAE soon and loved the Arabian Ranches area. The place was very spacious, clean and very close to the pool and golf course.

Everything was as it said it would be ,it was clean and very comfortable.The beds were extremely comfy . All amenities were provided..The pool man came in everyday and cleaned the garden leaves and cleaned the pool filter . The host answered us extremely promptly whenever we had a question . There were a lot of mosquitoes ( to be expected at this time of year) the owner sent us extra “ zappers” for our comfort which was very kind and much appreciated. Séjour exceptionnel chez Zaid ! Le logement était magnifique, très propre, bien décoré et surtout… la vue sur le Burj Khalifa était à couper le souffle, surtout le soir avec les illuminations. Un vrai plus qui rend l’expérience encore plus mémorable. L’appartement est idéalement situé, proche de tout (restaurants, centre commercial, transports), ce qui rend les déplacements très faciles. Zaid a été un hôte attentionné et professionnel, toujours disponible en cas de besoin. Merci encore pour cet accueil chaleureux et cette superbe expérience. Je recommande vivement ce logement à toute personne souhaitant profiter pleinement de Dubaï avec une vue inoubliable !

The location is excellent — just a short walk to the metro, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. It’s a very convenient area for both business and leisure travelers. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had everything I needed for a smooth and pleasant stay. Nikola was fantastic — very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the booking and stay. Any questions I had were answered quickly and clearly, which made the whole experience stress-free. Overall, I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Airbnb, well equipped, and we could not recommend it enough! The view of the marina is stunning, and we would love to take in the view at night. The living room is spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the bathroom is huge. Boyd welcomed us and showed us around the whole space, he was super helpful. The building is connected to the mall, which is so convenient. Can't wait to stay here again! (We stayed for 3 weeks)

المكان جدا جميل ونظيييييف ومتوفر فيه كل شيء اداوات مطبخ وحمام وغسل ملابس وكوي وكل شيء واطلالته جمييييييله والمبنى فخم عند دبي مارينا مول بالظبط تمنيت اللقى فيه ايام اظافيه متوفره اكمل فيه رحلتي لاكن للاسف وماريا كانت معي من اول السفره اللين طلعت وكل طلباتي تلبيها ع طول اخلاقها جدا حلوه شكرا

Nos hospedamos durante una semana con mi familia en el apartamento de Salma, y fue todo mejor de lo planeado. La ubicación es espectacular, sobre la marina, con muchos restaurantes cerca y también a pocas cuadras de JBR, una zona con mucho ambiente y también muchos restaurantes. El apartamento es super cómodo, aún más lindo que en las fotos, y con una terraza que es un placer que desayunar ahí todos los días. Salma fue una host impecable, nos ha dado toda la información al detalle y siempre atenta a nuestras necesidades. MUY RECOMENDABLE

Our stay at the apartment in Dubai was absolutely fantastic! It exceeded our expectations in every way. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The furniture was tidy and comfortable. There were a few minor signs of use, but that’s totally normal for a holiday apartment and didn’t bother us at all. The view was phenomenal – overlooking the Marina Walk, it was truly breathtaking. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back!

Very good apartment,location is good ,nearby the metro ,nice community and very friendly staff . The apartment is clean ,simple but you will have all the things that you need . I love the sofa bed that can be a good spot to relax ,watch tv and can rest properly. I will surely come back in this apartment and will recommend it to my friends . Good choice .
