Second time staying - great location, very peaceful, great host

This was my second visit to Antonio's, and once again, the accommodations were exceptionally clean and wonderfully quiet, making for a truly relaxing stay. Overall, a pleasant experience

Derek and Jane are fantastic hosts who are really responsive and helpful. On arrival they had us a hamper (with wine!!!) waiting. Their idyllic home is super clean, has all the amenities you require and more some, it is truly beautiful. Would highly recommend and we will be back for another visit! Thank you so much for hosting us.

The place was in a great location, clean, and accommodating. Would definitely stay there again. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Wonderful Everything! From booking to arrival all was perfect! The home is like a cozy nest. Anything you could possibly need or want was there! From the kitchen items to the bathroom- soap, shampoo, trash bags, and AN IRON! The bedrooms even had luggage racks, tons of dresser space, large mirrors and best of all, an amazing mattress! The kitchen was stocked with all you could need to either whip up a big dinner or BBQ on the stocked grill outside. OH! And the OUTSIDE SPACE!!! Perfection. Lounge chairs, a full dining table and a view you could only dream of! Since the property is split, with someone next door, we got to meet some nice people. Even the neighbors across from me! The experience was perfect for us. Next time we will bring our daughter. She saw pictures and loved it too. This was a clean, comfortable home full of modern amenities. We've stayed in the neighborhood before and walked passed many times. It was great to finally stay there!

A great little spot to stay while visiting Palm Beach. Super comfy to come back after a long day out. Perfect for two people and a long weekend! Would definitely stay here again!

I came for a long weekend away with my teenage daughter and loved our stay at the Charming Downtown Beach House! We walked to coffee at South Beach, dinner at Lilos, and shopped the quirky little shops. We chose to drive to the beach which was a quick and easy drive. (Approx 5 mins) The house was very clean and had such cute decor. I appreciated the Tupperware and other kitchen items as well as the beach chairs for our beach picnic. Naomi and her team were very kind and hospitable. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again.

I chose Dana’s place because of the great location on Palm Beach island where a hotel room costs more than $1,000 a night. The ocean is just down the street from the Condo entrance. In addition, I loved the Lilly Pulitzer furnishings, so typical of Palm Beach. It was a great place to stay; I only wish I had had the time to use the outdoor pool but I sat in the lovely covered terrace next to it. The people at the front desk were really friendly and helpful. I used the spa on the ground floor for a manicure and beauty treatment and had my hair colored at the hairdresser next door. It is called a Barber Shop but is also a lady’s hairdresser. The hairdresser is called Patty. I had breakfast sitting outside at Fred’s Bakery, to the left of the entrance and they also do light lunch meals. I will definitely want to stay at Dana’s place next time I come to Palm Beach.

I stayed at Elizabeth’s condo for a week while in town for work, and it was perfect. Quiet, beautifully updated, and spotless—ideal for both remote work (great WiFi!) and relaxing. The patio view was serene, especially with a glass of wine in the infinity chair. The PGA neighborhood felt very safe, which I appreciated as a solo traveler. Thoughtful touches like coffee, snacks, and excellent communication made it a standout stay. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay for 2 in palm beach. We had a great stay and were close to the beach and in the middle of everything. Host was responsive and checking in. Everything was great. Highly recommend booking here for palm beach!

Beautiful space, lots of natural light, had everything we needed. Beach, restaurants and shops nearby. You can't see it but Publix is right across the street. We'll definitely be back.

Can’t beat the location, walkable to the beach and delicious restaurants on Atlantic Ave. Having the beach chairs and umbrella was a huge plus and saves you $60/day to rent them. Kitchenette had a tiny sink, mini fridge, and a coffee machine, perfect for what I needed. Check in was easy and when the code for the lock didn’t work, hosts responded immediately. The shampoo/conditioner/q tips/period products were a thoughtful touch. Place is perfect for a couple or a solo traveler looking for a few days to get away and enjoy the beach.
