There is no reception, but the service through the app is excellent, everything is small but comfortable, the pool with hot water is a plus, the beach is less than 100 meters away

I had an amazing stay at Ignacio’s place! The apartment was spotless, the kitchen was super clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I felt right at home and enjoyed every moment. The pictures are exactly what the apartment looks like. I highly recommend it!

This beautiful oceanfront condo is gorgeous, exactly as pictured & even better in person! We were celebrating our anniversary & could not have been happier! Karla and John’s hospitality & kindness exceeded our expectations! The designer decor is beautifully done & comfortable. The primary suite is perfect & afforded beautiful sunrises. The bed was very comfortable, we slept great! 
The wraparound covered veranda showcased the ocean & beach while we enjoyed morning coffee & evening cocktails. The Amrit staff, from valet to the residence/hotel staff were great, welcoming and attentive! The beach had easy access with chairs & umbrellas. The pool was lovely & staff (Nate) were extremely kind and attentive! Our hosts Karla and John, were so attentive from booking throughout our stay, responding within minutes. We appreciated our ability to change our reservation with ease & accommodation! Thank you Karla and John!! We can't wait for our return! Special shout out to Nirma!

Virtual front desk makes things quite easy. all information is sent upfront. Furnishings are solid. There are some nice touches like Public Goods bath and soap supplies, olive oil, and laundry pods. The kitchen has ample and clean supplies in good shape (even oddities like a pizza cutter) l.

Place was nice didn’t have toilet paper holder showery wasn’t as tidy location and outside was very nice the room was very hot due to no electric air conditioning but other than that it was fine

A wonderful place to stay! The outside is truly an oasis. The home itself is cozy and clean. It was close to the beach and attractions but you’ll have a hard time wanting to leave the backyard!

This house is absolutely impeccably clean. The pool and backyard are in pristine condition, and the lawn is meticulously maintained. With an abundance of towels and a fully stocked kitchen, it offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host is exceptional, making it a truly wonderful place to visit.

I personally own 2 Log cabin airbnbs in North Carolina so I know what to expect as a guest and host. I am embarrassed to say, Clint made me feel like I need to up my game as a host. The house was perfect! I don't mean in the sense it was nice and clean. I mean PERFECT. They did not neglect a thing and were proactive like I have never seen before. Just a few examples; we needed beach chairs for the beach. He had 5 like new (not the cheap ones) beach chairs/chase and umbrellas. When I asked if he had 2 more (we were 7 people) he brought two more and two more umbellas within 30 mins. Another example, I forgot to get coffee. He had grinds, splenda and cream. Again, not someone else's leftovers, it was intentional. The pool was perfect temp and the yard is private. The house has everyting you would want and need on vacation and it was very nicely decorated without over doing the Kitchy or cheap stuff owners often throw into a rental. Basically, this is the best airbnb I have ever stayed in.

We had a lovely stay! We had enough room for our family of 6 and we all enjoyed the pool and outdoor seating setup. Our host was very accommodating and quick to respond to any question. The primary bed was so comfortable and perfect after a day at the beach. We cooked dinner one night there and had everything we needed.

From the moment we entered the property we were thrilled! The photos on the listing site perfectly matched the reality and the patio/pool space was like being at a resort, but without other people. The home and property are just cozy and beautiful and we loved being able to walk to shops, restaurants, local attractions and the beach (which about 1 mile away). Ben couldn't have been more responsive when we had a question, including ordering a new spa heater installed within a few days when we let him know that we were unable to get the existing one going. This stunning oceanfront apartment absolutely deserves a five-star review. From the elegant interior and breathtaking ocean views to the exceptional building services — every detail exceeded our expectations. Just 20–25 minutes from downtown, it offered the perfect blend of convenience and escape. Although we live in Miami, staying here felt like a luxurious getaway to an entirely different destination. We’ll most certainly be returning.

Great unit and complex with secure garage parking . Loved having two beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and a cooler to use during our stay. Pool area is beautiful and quiet, with the exception of contractors doing extensive work on the exterior of the building. We were not aware of this prior to booking/arriving, and would have appreciated it being mentioned in the listing. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in the future.

This place is a true gem! We loved staying at this beautiful place that it is on top of our list as our favorite destination and place that we stayed. Absolutely stunning views, furniture, upscale kitchen appliances, very clean, and everything made for comfort and to rest. Very convenient that it is right on the beach and lounges are provided. Staff are friendly and helpful. Kevin and Karla were really helpful, friendly, and made us feel just like at home. Definitely recommend staying at this luxury and gorgeous place.

We had a relaxing vacation! The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with and she gave us clear instructions. The beach location is amazing! The beds were comfortable.
