Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Palm Beach

Beautiful home in lush surroundings. Kirstin and Julian are excellent hosts and the property served us well. The lovely warm pool, the beautiful lawns and stunning views, together with the close proximity to Palm Beach, Whale Beach and Avalon town centre made our family get away memorable

Thank you Marty & Lindsay for a glorious weekend and warm hospitality. After a few rainy days, it was so lovely to spend the weekend with blue skies overlooking the beach. The Beautiful furnishings matched the coastal feel. Clean tidy. Quiet street. Fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms. The Little extras made it special, like speakers we could connect to. An easy TV to use with streaming services. Lovely deck to see the beach. Beautifully styled bedrooms and living areas. Candles throughout that created a warm ambience, as well as long cozy fire. Waking up each morning, able to have a choice of tea, hot chocolate or coffee (pod coffee machine). We didn’t need to leave. Yummy pizza was delivered within 20 mins. Would definitely come back 🩷🩷🩷

Beautiful place in a beautiful location! Access to kayaks and a boat made the stay that much more enjoyable, and house was well stocked with everything you could need.

Imagine waking up to the birds singing then having a cup of coffee on the balcony, watching sunrise over the quiet bay with a breathtaking view. Heaven!! photos on the ads really don't do its justice. The house was fully equipped. Functional kitchen with all the appliances to cook up a storm, all sort of seasonings, cookwares to use. Even with my chef background who often got frustrated in most airbnb's kitchens, i couldn't fault this one. Extremely clean, tidy with a tasteful decor, a tranquil view similar to that of a well kept resort villa in Bali or Thailand. Drive way to the garage was pretty steep but nothing a good driver couldn't handle. The garage was a bit short for our car (will fit a compact car), so we parked in front of it, there was also street parking. The host, Anna, is lovely and even kindly offering early check-in and late checkout without us even asking. This was the best airbnb house we have stayed in NSW. 5+stars and definitely will book again in a heartbeat.

The photos do not do the view justice. was so very relaxing to be on the water and just a few minutes walk to Jibbon beach.

We had a great weekend away at the Ahara House! The property was beautiful, spacious, and clean. The location was convenient, and the home was ideal for our large group. The heated pool, sauna, and fire pit were perfect for the winter season and made our stay even more enjoyable. Also, the host was excellent — great communication and helpful local recommendations. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing stay in Cassandra’s beautiful property. The property exceeded all expectations and provided a wonderful space for our party of four adults and five children. The house was absolutely beautiful, tastefully decorated, provided ample space and the outside deck was out of this world - we felt we were in a tree house in a tropical rainforest but simultaneously just moments from the most beautiful beach. Cassandra went out of her way to be friendly, helpful, flexible and accommodating and allowed us use of water sports and beach equipment which was fantastic. Thank you so much Cassandra

Great place, I won’t hesitate to recommend. Chris was very friendly. Even informed us when the place was ready for us so we could check in early. Easy check in, with no fuss keypad entry. Suitable for couples. No room for kids. Bathroom was spacious. Very comfy sofa to put your feet up and watch tv. Lovely spot. Short walk to Spit Rd and buses to the city. Clontarf Reserve is a very pretty spot with a lovely marina/cafe extending over the water. Shops are a short drive away.

Our stay at Shane's apartment was excellent! Shane was helpful and responsive from the get go and directions/check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The apartment was clean, tidy and homey, with all the essential amenities and more. The Parsley Bay area was absolutely stunning, with beautiful views and peaceful surrounds. It is an easy walk to Watson's Bay for seafood or a ferry ride--bus stop right outside the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay, would highly recommend staying here to others and can't wait to return.

We had a fantastic stay. The location is excellent with an easy walk to the beach or a supermarket. It's also an easy 15 minutes to the main shopping area for a busier evening when wanted. There is an excellent dining/living room space which is larger than suggested in the photos. Overall we thoroughly recommend this listing.

I loved everything about my stay. Beautiful and comfortable home with lots of character. Felt like I was at home. The area is one of my favourites and didn’t disappoint. I would definitely love to stay again.

One of the Best Airbnbs I’ve Stayed In This place stands out as one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever had. The space is generous and beautifully arranged, offering a calm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. Everything was perfectly prepared to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil and tool you could possibly need, far beyond the usual basics. There were even thoughtful extras, like umbrellas and a welcome gift, which added a personal touch that made a real difference. We felt completely at ease throughout our time there. Every detail had been considered, which made the whole experience effortless and enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend this stay to anyone looking for a well-equipped, beautifully maintained home away from home.

10/10 highly recommend getting the Mongolian lamb from the Chinese shop. Drove my Tesla here from Sydney, there’s a supercharger 20m away. Parking is easy, lots of good food and the coffee shop downstairs are really nice to us as they have good relationship with Airbnb host.

Experience was great from beginning till the end. Place was nice and views were amazing. jaccuzi was hreat also. one of the nicest air bnbs ive been too. would highly reccomend

Our stay was amazing the view from the property was to die for, Alex was super quick to respond and was accomodating in every way. The house was clean and tidy it has endless amounts of activities we could do at the property from kayaking to playing pool and fuse ball. Highly recommend this place!

This place is magical. We returned a second year in a row and this time was even better. If you want to get off the grid and forget Covid, masks and all the stresses of life, the Villa doesn’t disappoint!

What a beautiful, peaceful place that had all the necessary amenities a 2 min walk from the spectacular pearl beach. It was perfect & Carla and Chloe were great hosts and were very generous to give us a late check out on Sunday. The spa is pretty special although a bit finicky if you don’t know how to use it - thankfully our hosts were very responsive in helping with this. My only note is to maybe make sure if you need more linen/towels than what they provide for the 4 doubles and one single bed (9 people). We booked the house for 11 (there is a room with fold out couches) but those 2 guests didn’t get towels or linen. Final thing is the property has close neighbours so there are a lot of rules to do with noise etc. This makes sense as I assume the hosts have been burned before and must protect their relationship with the local community but if you want somewhere you can feel free to sing your heart out around the fire pit until the wee hours go elsewhere. Thanks for everything!

A wonderful spot for our extended family getaway in beautiful Pearl Beach. The Pavilions is 5 stars all the way - beautiful location, super comfortable, squeaky clean and everything you need at your fingertips, including a brilliant kitchen for cooking and entertaining. We lazed by the open fire by night, and spent our days lying in the winter sun on the deck and north facing backyard. It’s a short stroll to the beach and many other beautiful walking spots and scenic vantage points too. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay! We found the property to be exactly what we were looking for, a nice getaway that made you feel disconnected and relaxed. The property is set up perfectly to bring your dog, with the secure area around the villa that allows them to explore without worry. Zoe the resident dog is also great host and very welcoming, she would come a visit each day to make sure that we were comfortable. She was very friendly and got along well with our dog, she even came along with us for one of our walks and showed us the way. We had a great time and would highly recommend staying here. We hope to return one day, thankyou Kylie for being a great host!

We had such a great stay! The location is perfect, only a few minutes walk to the beach and you can watch sunrise over the ocean in bed :) The house was so comfortable and stylish, lots of art deco character. We would 100% stay again!

Beautiful, scenic & tranquil property. Felt very refreshed after my birthday weekend & lots of nice restaurants nearby. Hosts were lovely & extremely responsive. We hope to stay again in the future.
