Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Pak Nam Pran

Wat een fantastisch huis, waar we een heerlijke tijd hebben gehad. Bij binnenkomst voelden we ons gelijk thuis. Het huis is groot, zeer schoon en ligt op een mooie plek op het einde van een rustig straatje. Zeer privé. We kwamen gemakkelijk binnen met de instructies. Er waren snacks, drinken en koffie. We konden via Grab eten bestellen maar er zijn ook genoeg opties in de buurt. 2 keer per week kwam de Pool Guy en 1 keer per week de schoonmaak. Wat erg prettig was. Het contact met Teeladee verliep gemakkelijk en altijd vriendelijk. Wij komen hier zeker weten terug!!

We had an amazing stay at Markus's villa, the place is absolutely beautiful, bright, spacious and tastefully decorated. The private garden and pool were a real highlight, offering a total privacy and peaceful atmosphere. Everything was clean. Markus was a great host, responsive and welcoming. Highly recommended, we'd definitely love to come back :-)

The house was very nice and team was great they were extremely responsive. The pool was great. We had an issue with one of the AC units in one of the bedrooms and they had someone over within an hour or so to get it repaired that day. The locations was great secluded a 2 minute walk to the beach. The road to access the house is pretty narrow we arrived in a large 10 person van that you see everywhere in Thailand. It could make it to the house but it was tight any normal SUV or car would have no issue getting to the property. We stayed in the rainy season and did arrive right after a HUGE storm so the street in front was flooded with a inch or two of water if we didn't arrive in such a large vehicle we would have been able to pull into the drive way and not have to walk through the water. It did drain fully shortly after we had arrived and did not flood for any of the other rain storms while we were there. These were all very minor things to me and would absolutely stay here again.

We loved it every minute! There was everything needed for a nice and quiet environment. The villa was super clean and pool was a nice to have aswell. Thank you for accomodating us! Would recommend

I know it sounds cliché, but Wolfgang’s house is home away from home. It’s modern and clean, comes with a deep pool, and has a fully stocked kitchen including all the appliances one might need, in case cooking is your thing. The location is perfect because it’s away from all the noise but only a short scooter ride away from restaurants, cafes, malls, bars, etc. Wolfgang provides a precise location a few days before the check-in, so the house is easy to find and the self-check-in itself is a breeze. Last but not least, Wolfgang is friendly and responsive and makes sure you have the best stay possible. I’d definitely stay at his house again in the future.

wir waren 7 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder in Wens Haus für 5 Tage, es war alles wie beschrieben und wir haben und sofort wohl und zuhause gefühlt. Wir kennen Hua Hin schon sehr gut und haben uns nicht zuletzt auch für Wens Haus wegen der guten Lage entschieden. Alles top, Stylist und jederzeit gerne wieder. Our stay at Cozy House in Hua Hin was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home – it truly felt like our own house. The property is incredibly spacious, which was perfect for our big group, and the added luxury of a jacuzzi was a huge bonus. There was plenty of common area and spaces for everyone to relax without feeling cramped. The location was also ideal, being conveniently close to downtown Hua Hin while still offering a peaceful retreat. What truly made our stay special was the host. She was incredibly kind, passionate, and took the time to explain every detail about her beautiful home. Her dedication to ensuring we had a comfortable stay was evident and much appreciated. We highly recommend this homestay to anyone considering a trip to Hua Hin, especially if you're traveling with a large group. You won't be disappointed!

Très bel appartement extrêmement bien placé, tout est accessible à pied. L'appartement était propre et rangé. Notre hôte a toujours été extrêmement réactif. La piscine de la résidence est superbe et bien équipée.

Stayed for two weeks and everything was great. Clean, secure and quiet. Handy to everything. Has everything you need and hosts were extremely helpful.

Very quiet condo building, unit was clean and comfortable, air conditioning was excellent, along with the fan that was provided. In order to cut back on air conditioner expenses, it may be appropriate to install a screen door on the balcony sliding door so it isn't necessary to use the air conditioner as much, and would save the host some expenses. Planning on returning in 2026, so I hope you will considering renting to me again thank you so much

Absolutely loved my stay! Wifi is insane, the place was spotless and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to everything, beach and two malls, yet peaceful at night. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hua Hin!!

Highly recommended! The location is absolutely perfect, right on the beach and with Market Village just next door. The room is beautiful, incredibly cozy, and meticulously prepared, with thoughtful touches from the wonderful host, Khun Thanyalak. We felt completely at home and truly enjoyed every moment of our stay.

Great apartment with quiet neighborhood and quiet apartment. It has a good location, just a few steps to the beach and is equipped with functional household stuffs. The service is quality. We would definitely stay here again. Very good value for such a large apartment.

후아힌에 또 오게 된다면 여기를 다시 예약할것입니다. 저녁에 이동해도 안전함, 바다와 가까워서 훌륭한 위치, 숙소는 매우 안전하며 깨끗합니다. 보안요원도 매일 웃는 얼굴로 반겨줍니다. 수영장 또한 매우 깨끗합니다.

Gościliśmy u p.Chaitat przez miesiąc i będziemy bardzo miło wspominać ten pobyt. Mieszkanie jest od strony północnej więc nie mielismy problemu ze świecącym bezpośrednio słońcem. Poranki i wieczory spędzane na balkonie przy kawie i obserwacji ptaków i wiewiórek zapadną nam w pamięci na długo. Intenet działał bez problemów, TV z aplikacjami Netflix i YT również. Lokalizacja La Casity pomiędzy dwoma centrami handlowymi, w pobliżu plaży i Soi 94 daje duży wachlarz możliwości spędzania czasu.

Toujours un plaisir de revenir à « La Casita ». Condo très bien situé, paisible et avec de bonnes infrastructures. La piscine est propre et grande, la salle de sport est bien équipée et il y a assez de places de parking.

From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by everything this property had to offer. The amazing pool was undoubtedly the highlight. It was beautifully maintained, sparkling clean, and incredibly inviting – the perfect spot to cool off and relax under the Thai sun. We spent hours enjoying its refreshing waters and soaking in the tranquil atmosphere. The apartment itself is incredibly comfortable. It was evident that a lot of thought went into the design and furnishing, providing a true home-away-from-home feel.  The location was ideal, not far from the beach, allowing for easy access to the soft sands and gentle waves of Hua Hin. We enjoyed leisurely strolls along the shore and the convenience of being close enough to enjoy the coastal beauty without being right in the hustle and bustle. Final

I recently stayed at a great condominium. It has a fun water park, which is perfect for families. The building has elevators for wheelchairs, making it accessible for everyone. The living room is spacious, and the bedroom is comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking. There’s also a mini-mart right in front of the condo, so you can find food anytime. The owner was very responsive and contacted me quickly, even though I booked after the check-in time. I highly recommend this place for a family stay!
