Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Pai District

We very much enjoyed our stay, and extended our stay by an extra day. We travelled as 2 generations of one family. It's close enough to Pai that the 20-somethings were able to go in to do exciting things (and get a taxi back), while the Olds were very happy just chilling at the house. The best thing was the enormous deck, which wraps around 2 sides of the house so shade always available. It has lovely views and the sound of water going over some rapids. There were a few places to eat within a 10 mins walk, the one across the bridge then back on the other side of the river was fabulous. This was the only AirBnB we've stayed at in Thailand so hard to compare - we found the rooms large by UK standards. The property is brand new and quite well equipped. The jacuzzi is the bath in the main bathroom. Initially we were a little concerned that you need to go through one bedroom to reach the other, but it's easy to get around by going through the window which is knee height and huge.

The room we stayed in felt like a little slice of paradise. Breakfast was 10/10, the viewing platform is fantastic for sunsets too.

Highlight of our time in North Thailand! Our stay here in Pai was magical & Pimanchaya’s property was the highlight for us. We felt right at home in this beautiful place, our kids included. The gardens, outdoor bath & hot springs were much appreciated & the peace felt here is just what we needed after long term traveling. The inclusions for kids are amazing & there is always something for them to do/play with - they had the best time. We wanted to spend as much time enjoying the house as we did the area of Pai. We would recommend this property to all family & friends & and we will definitely be back again as a family who now have very fond memories of this place. Sad to say goodbye! great location, comfy bed, sofa a huge tv. equipped kitchen and bathroom, pool in roof with gym so very comfortable stay. restaurants and bars nearby, near the shopping centre. noisy part of town but this was not a problem for sleep. would happily stay again.

I have been travelling with my laptop for 15-16 years now and I have to say - this is one of the most beautiful houses, in the most beautiful spots I've ever been in my life 🤩 Had an amazing peaceful time, the balcony is unreal to just sit, work, coffee play with the doggos that come from the neighbouring shack Everything you need is close by and it's perfectly a 7-8min bike ride from town center which I personally prefer the hot springs are literally a 2min ride away and some awesome sunrise and sunset points all around Also, Incredibly helpful and wonderful hosts who sorted me with everything I need. Especially with that last minute 3 day extension (cause I didn't wanna leave 😂) I will definitely be back....many times I also ended up burning a vessel while cooking which I wanted to pay for but the wonderful hostess just laughed it away 😅 Thank you so much for everything 🙏

Incredible place, especially for the price. 15min walk from Pai center, 3mins on a moped. The accommodation was absolutely huge and there was every amenity needed. Nattapon was extremely responsive and helpful. Couldn't recommend this place more

What a great surprise, we were shocked when arrived on how perfect was everything and how the villa is furnished with everything you can think of. The host really take care of every details and went the extra length for us to have the best stay possible. Oh and the bed, and the linen, what a pleasure to sleep in such contort. Also amazing contact with the host, Peter was responsive at all time and always ready to help. Thank you so much for everything, we will definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to Pai

Romantic bnb, with a nice view. Helpfull staff. Steep path to reach with the scootet, but they also have stairs :)
