Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Pagsanjan

Such an awesome place for a staycation with family and friends! Very clean, great location with mountain view and the place is very safe and quiet. The care takers are accommodating and helpful! We'll definitely go back there for another staycation!

My family and friends had a great stay at Casa Malbar. The pictures & descriptions of the place is accurate. The place is suitable and recommended for big groups. The host and the caretakers are responsive and attentive of their guest. Thanks for having us!

Emelita's place is good place if you want to stay for a short time or a long time. We stayed for almost 3 weeks and at first, this host didn't have all of the things we needed for a long stay. However, Emelita was quick to respond and she bought the things we needed to make our stay more enjoyable. She was very open to listen to and understand my American Custom. It seems that many if not most of the Filipinos drink instant coffee and for most Americans...instant is not acceptable. We needed a coffee pot and a few other things...since we planned on cooking most our meals. Thanks to a responsive and understanding host...Emelita's place is now equipped for travelers who wish to stay for longer periods. The only negative at this place..is that it is in a very lively community. For me...that was OK as I wanted to experience and learn about the culture. But if you are looking for something quieter and more peaceful, this may not be the best place. For us...it was perfect!

This is our second time staying in this cozy house and we will definitely come back again in our next trip to PH. Thanks to the very accommodating couple. God bless.

very modern at the heart of the province. home away from home

Our stay was extraordinary. The rooms are hotel- like and were beautifully designed. The furnitures are modern and well-kept. It is a kid-friendly place with all the modern amenities that the kids and kids at heart will love. The game room is certainly what the kids would want to go back to. The furniture layout is perfect and is one that encourages bonding. The host is very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely recommend this place!

its our second time here and we loved it! Maricel's place is already our go to place everytime we come home from Singapore. Her place is very beautiful. She and her husband is very accommodating and very friendly. They always check on us if we are comfortable and if we need anything. We will definitely come back again next year. thank you ate Maricel and husband! see you next year! :)

Maria’s place was amazing. My in-laws felt home and safe during their stay. Had a little hiccup during check in but they were very responsive and resolved it straightaway. Will definitely have their place as an option the next time I have someone staying in San Pablo.

This is an exceptional place. I slept really good there, maybe because of the nature sounds at night or because of the nice air. The house has its own energy/spirit, which makes the stay really unique. The Animals are soooo nice, I’ve enjoyed chilling with Gloria the Goat and the baby kitten:) The Dogs are also super nice, they’re really excited to see new people so don’t worry about their barking at the beginning! Yvette and Basil were giving me such a good feeling, so it didn’t feel like a usual “airbnb-stay”. It felt more like a place I could stay for a longer time period! I’ve also met some friends of Yvette, with who you can have meaningful and inspiriting conversations. Will come back!:)

I had a very comfortable stay at Shum's Transient Place. The room is very nice. It's huge! And the bathroom is very nice too. The location is very accessible and near establishments.

The place was in a great location—very accessible to all the areas we wanted to visit. There were convenience stores nearby, which made everything super easy. The host, Daniel, was incredibly responsive and kind throughout our stay. The place was clean and well-prepared when we arrived. Overall, it was a smooth and comfortable experience.

The unit is clean with a secured parking area within the compound. Location is walking distance to Levitown market, restaurants and S&R. The host is responsive and Mam Beth is amazing.

We came back for another stay — this time, we booked two of their villa properties, one for our small family and the other for my husband’s side of the family. It was the perfect setup for a relaxing and fun getaway together! Each villa was spacious and well-equipped, with two bedrooms, a kitchen, living and dining areas, and a private pool. We loved having the extra space to unwind, and the girls especially enjoyed splashing around in the pool. The villas were clean, cozy, and felt like a home away from home. The peaceful surroundings were such a refreshing escape from the city. Just a heads-up though — since you're close to nature, expect quite a few insects. Bringing insect repellent definitely helps! As always, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Despite the calm and quiet setting, you still have city conveniences nearby like SM Lipa and Grab delivery. It’s definitely a place we’ll keep coming back to.

I had a very pleasant overnight stay. Wifi was good and was able to work. Slept well on the comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean. I wish I had tried the pool :-) beautiful garden made it extra special.

the host is so accommodating and allow us to have an early check in so we can have our boat ride before the actual check in time.. the host also assist us in booking a boat ride to pagsanjan falls.
