Beautiful home in a beautiful space. As for the accommodation itself (on the ground floor), it is very clean, spacious and tastefully furnished in an "old-fashioned country house" spirit. We could regret a general condition of the building that deserves a more thorough restoration. The host's brother, who lives upstairs, is both available and discreet. We had a beautiful experience in this house. Note that the location of the house imperatively requires having a car available.

We traveled to 3 different islands on this trip and Elpida's place was our absolute favorite. To begin with, Elpida is super responsive; she always answered our questions within 15 minutes. In advance of our stay, she helped us with renting a car and she also allowed us an early check-in. She had great recommendations for restaurants (it was during Greek Easter). The house is wonderful. Well appointed with everything you need. Elpida has a great sense of style and the house felt like checking into a luxury spa. Bathrooms with necessities, fridge with goodies, and some wonderful treats (painted Easter eggs and local Easter sweets). Lovely pool, beach towels, great patio. We like to cook in the evening and the kitchen has everything you need for a home-cooked meal.. The beds are very comfortable with different firmness pillows, which is great. If you are traveling to Syros, we highly recommend Elpida's place. You will not be disappointed! *****

Our stay in this accommodation was unforgettable! The location is unique, the view over the entire area to the surrounding islands is unparalleled. We marveled at the sunrise every day and after a very short walk you're also in a beautiful place to watch the sunset. Carol is the greatest host we've ever had. She went out of her way to provide us with helpful information even on our previous stop (Athens) and accompanied us to the house to show us the way. We would recommend renting an "off-road" car as the way up is really steep and narrow. I have never found it so hard to leave an accommodation. We truly loved everything about it and it was perfect with two little kids. Thanks so much, Carol! We'll be back for sure!

The place is beautiful! The photos don't honor the reality of the view and the interior layout. Dimitris was very welcoming and always good advice, and Litha was very responsive in terms of communication. We recommend it without hesitation!

When you want to be on Syros, close to the sea/beach but in a peaceful area: this is the place to be. In the middle of nature with a lot of privacy. The house has all you need and more. It has a very light and tastefully designed interior. A house that makes you feel at home easily. Kitchen was well equipped. All was very clean and the house has a spacious bathroom. After a day on the road and in the sea nothing better than a glass of wine to finish the day on your own private terrace, watching the stars. The bed was perfect. As Syros is not very big and the roads are good, it only take you 15 minutes to the Centre of Ermoupoli.(parking can be difficult but stay away from the Centre, park and walk, it is a wonderful city. Many other beaches, from lively to very quiet within 15 minutes drive. In case we need a short break again, we will be back for sure.

Our stay was unforgettable, so wonderful that we extended it as much as we could! Lila is adorable, warm and very attentive, she is a beautiful person who welcomed us with open arms. 💞 The departure was difficult, we were so happy. The location is ideal, everything is nearby, access to the beach is exceptional, just across the street... As for the apartment, it's 👌 great. It's perfectly equipped, everything is designed to make you feel at home. What a pleasure to enjoy such a view on the covered terrace, you can't get enough of it! And Zacharias' many recommendations made a huge difference in discovering this wonderful island of Syros. We recommend it 200%!
