The elevator is very fast. The gym is nice. The pool is actively used. There was everything in the room to cook. A chair to sit on the balcony. There was food and a market in the apartment. There was everything. I liked it. I would like to stay again next time.

It’s a nice unit and it’s very clean. Leonardo is very responsive and helpful during our stay. I will definitely stay here again.

The unit is nice and homey, really like the pillow and bed choices, easy access to Central Park Mall (the tunnel is just next to the tower). Hosts are friendly and super responsive, I needed new lamp during my stay and they took care of it immediately. Downside would only be the elevator, which is really busy at the peak hour.

We’re just happy to stay there. The apartment is very well equipped and maintained, somehow it makes me worry that I’ll break something or just being clumsy. You know it’s because everything screams expensive. It takes time for me to get used to it. I also noticed that maybe the owner or the designer is a CARAT (Seventeen’s fandom) because some of the artworks are based on Seventeen’s songs. Too bad we couldn’t use the speaker or the karaoke machine because the bluetooth connection wasn’t detected(?). Or we just didn’t know how to use it lol. I asked mbak Retna how, but she didn’t know either. Oh also I asked for one extra towel, but it just not delivered (not in the morning also). But it’s fine, luckily one of my friend brought one herself.

I really had a great time! The room is exactly how it looks in the picture. The host is also very responsive and helpful! Definitely will come back again!

Rented the house as a lodging for me and my friends who had event near by and the house was great! very spacious and easily accessible! David was also very responsive and helpful during our stay. overall a very nice experience and very worth the price

I stayed this wonderful loft for 4 night as a base for my local business in South Jakarta. Charles kindly picked me up at the airport. This loft is It is beautifully furnished, sunny, spacious, and comfortable. Charles and Retna are always very helpful and attentive to ensure my life here is easy. I will definately come back again in the near future!

One of the best AirBnBs I've ever stayed at. Really clean, fragrant and very complete, and neat! If there is a thousand star award, give it to me haha Really, just bring your body, because everything is ready. The location is close to everywhere, close to culinary and others. It's not enough to stay here for a day. Anyway, every time I go to Jakarta, I'll stay here, period!!

We enjoyed our stay in Martha's unit. Situated just next to Central Park Mall, made it really convenient for us to get food etc. Washing machine is also available inside the unit, perfect for our 2 weeks stay. We had to extend our trip twice and rly appreciate how responsive and easy the process was

I lived in her place for two months. Yanthie's apartment is known as the best apartment in west jakart and it is true. The place is very modern, safe, quite and convenient for reaching a mall for shopping. Also quite close to the airport; it takes about 30 mins if there is no traffic. You can also use a swimming pool and gym for free in her apartment. Her place is spacious enough for one or two persons. But one problem I had was that it was quite difficult to cook here cause the cooking tools and utensils are not fully ready and refrige is too small to store food but if you are going to stay not too long, it won't be any problem. Sometimes I got problems with the internet and electricity but she was always helping and responded me very fast. She is a very kind and helping host. I highly recommend her house for staying.

2nd time I come to Taman Anggrek and for a long stay (about 1 month). Yonas was always very responsive and attentive if I had any request for the apartment or information. The Residence is close to many Malls, the facilities are impeccable and many. There is good wifi in the apartment so for those who would work online like me it's perfect. I will surely come back here on my next visit to Jakarta

Stayed for a week and the place was super clean and nice. Looked just like the picture! And the host was very attentive and easy to talk to. Overall good place to stay and comfortable.

The place is exactly as advertised, the room is clean, and it is easy to find. Aeon Mall is nearby you can get everything there. I would recommend anybody who is looking for a short stay or attending any event at ICE BSD to stay here. It is strategically located.
