We stayed for one month and had a wonderful experience! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. All the essentials were provided — including towels, shampoo, toiletries, quality cookware, and cleaning products — which made our long stay very convenient. The building has a gym that opens at 6 AM, which was a great bonus, and AEON BSD Mall is within walking distance — super convenient for shopping and dining. There’s also a mosque about a 15-minute walk away, perfect for Jumu'ah prayers. The host was kind, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly. I truly appreciated the hospitality and would definitely recommend this place. Thank you again!

Owner komunikatif, lokasi mudah ditemukan. kamar bersih, keseluruhan ga terlalu gede, standar. ada balkon yg dilengkapi kursi dan meja yg menghadap ke arah tol namun tidak berisik. suasana juga tenang, nyaman untuk beristirahat. amenities lengkap. dekat dengan AEON dan ICE yg bisa ditempuh dengan berjalan kaki. overall menyenangkan dan recommended 👍🏽🫠

Menginap 2 hari karena ada acara di ICE BSD, nyaman dan berasa seperti di rumah

Nginep di sini feel like home banget semua perlengkapan ada, microwave, air frayer, rice cooker kulkas yg gede. Ruangan luas. Host nya baik banget semua di provide kaya air, gas dan listrik buat d awal.. sampe mie instan, telor beras dll juga d siapin. Tisu gulung 1 ball tisu muka juga sampe ke sabun cuci piring dan cuci tangan. Best deh pokoknya. Ada problem langsung gercep di selesain. Viewnya bagus. Mo ke mall tingal jakil. So nicee Minor nya cuma satu, kalo mandi siang2 air biasa atau normalnya hangat ke panas. Mungkin tangki air nya kejemur kali ya wkwkkw Sampe ke air cuci piring juga anget hihihi (water heatenya udh di matiin) Panas2 mau air dingin jadi mandi air hangat wkwkwk Yd bisa di ganti mandi sore atau pagi yg airnya ga terjemur matahari wkwkkw Sisa nya semua oke. Gila sebulan pas tinggla d sini rasa nya ga mau balik lagi. Kalo cari apart buat ramean ini ga ada yg ngalahin lah wkwkwkkw

A very nice and cozy place to stay, wifi are good, have convinience store, and pool on the 1st floor. The kitchen provided with everyrhing, like coffee,sugar,bowl,plate,cup,microwave,mini fridge (or should i say freezer) and toilet are also good, have water heater too, very nice. But some of the spoon and fork are not cleaned properly. But over all, it is a nice and cozy place. Might come back again

Apartment yang sangat bersih, view yang bagus dikala siang maupun malam. Di sediakan sabun dan peralatan mandi lengkap sekali sabun cuci tangan pun tersedia ac yang dingin di seluruh ruangan wifi dengan koneksi yang cepat fasilitas pool dan gym juga cukup baik host yg responsive dan informatif 😃 benar benar terasa di rumah sendiri absolutely will comeback here on next visit to BSD

Sangat cocok untuk solo travelling atau nonton konser di ice bsd. Kamarnya bersih, proses checkin mudah, peralatannya cukup lengkap ada kompor, kulkas, microwave, alat makan, hairdryer, setrika, dll. Tempatnya strategis, 10 menit jalan kaki ke aeon mall, 8 menit ke ice bsd. Sangat merekomendasikan tempat ini.

the place is very neat and clean. very spacious, the layout and furniture is great which makes the place looks spacious. flexible check in, easy to find. walking distance to aeon mall. close to the toll. overall our family are very happy to stay at her place.

The place is amazing, but I noticed some reviews mentioning cleanliness issues. I made a special request to the host to ensure it was clean, and to be fair, it came out dust-free. However, the air felt a bit stale, the place smells quite bad, and all three of us woke up with sore throats. My advice to the host: consider hiring a more reliable cleaning service, as there have been too many similar complaints in the reviews.

My family was happy. Linen was clean and fragrant👍👍. All AC working very good👍. Need owner attention: when check in dining table was very sticky not properly clean, Soap and Shampoo about to finish so very hard to pump😔, No toilet tissue at all😵, Token listrik nyala terus krn ada kerusakan dr pihak PLN? tp suara token sgt mengganggu🥲 Overall our stay were pleasant. Great stay, spacious unit, surrounding areas perfect, especially access to botanical garden. But wifi connection was slow and cleanliness can be improved. Overall we love to stay here =)

“Hampir” kapok ke sini lagi, tapi ternyata setelah kita tidur 1 malam (menjelajahi area) kita sekeluarga HAPPY dan BETAH tinggal disana. Ini merupakan apartemen TERLUAS yang pernah saya sewa di AirBNB ini. Awalnya, lantai apartemen agak lengket saja (namun pas bilang ke HOST, gercep datang ada bantuin bersihkan kembali). Salut. Di apartemen, kami juga diberi minuman dan makanan FREE di kulkas. Sikat gigi, odol, handuk (sesuai jumlah kami yang menginap). sapu, pel lantai ada. Jemuran (2) Alat makan (piring, mangkok, rice cooker, microwave, dispenser, teflon, sendok garpu) lengkap ada. Tempat sampah ada juga lengkap. TV 3 unit. Sofa juga besar. Kasur king (2), Single (1), tambahan bed (1). lengkap dengan 2 bantal dan 2 guling juga ada bedcover LENGKAAAAAAAAAAPPPPP TOP

Overall bagus, nyaman, kalau ada kendala juga hostnya sangat responsible dan fast response. Apartnya baru deh sepertinya jadi semua fasilitas masih terawat. Happy to stay here

Tempatnya bagus. Luas dan besar. Kasurnya banyak. Kekurangannya : tidak menyediakan handuk dan saya dikenakan charge 300 rb karena tempatnya kotor katanya setelah checkout. Selama stay di airbnb baru x ini saya dikenakan charge tempatnya kotor stlh ditinggali
