Beautiful traditional mountain house of more than 100m2 in stone and completely renovated in 2020/2021. Perched at 1400m and facing south with a large garden full of flowers and a breathtaking view of the Têt valley, the Canigou and facing the Carança massifs . Fauna is omnipresent and easy to observe and many hiking and mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Llar enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located halfway between the high Pyrenees and the sea.

We are happy to introduce you to our Gite. This cottage is located in the heart of the Cathar country, on the Wine Route, 50 km from the sea and 1.5 hours from the ski slopes. Charming stone village house, with exposed rocks located under the medieval castle of Padern, close to the castles of Queribus, Aguillard and Peyrepertuse. The fully renovated and air-conditioned house can accommodate a maximum of 7 people.( 1 person on click-clack) Pets are welcome
