We had a lovely weekend stay at this 2-bedroom apartment in Kemayoran. The unit was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a short stay, including high-speed internet and entertainment like a TV with Netflix, which was a nice bonus. The kitchen was decent, equipped with basic cookware and dining essentials. One of the highlights was the view from the 27th floor—watching the city lights at night was a great touch. Overall, a nice and pleasant stay. Would recommend!

I had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The unit is extremely clean, well-maintained, and neatly organized. Every piece of furniture is in excellent condition, and the interior design gives a cozy and modern feel. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom is spotless with a great shower, and the bedroom is comfortable with fresh linens. The natural lighting is perfect during the day, and the air circulation is great. I recommend this unit to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay.

اقامتي في البدايه مزعجه بسبب التكييف لكن استجابه سنيا صاحبه السكن سريعه لحل المشكله واستجابة اربي ان ممتازه جدا صاحبة السكن تعاملها ممتاز وسريع وتم حل المشكلة اليوم الثاني وتم ارجاع جز من الاقامه الموقع جميل وقريب من الاسواق والوصول لها بالسيارة شكراااااا

This is my third time staying at Kak Christina’s listings and just like before, it was a wonderful experience. Although this time I stayed in a different unit, the comfort, cleanliness, and thoughtful touches remain consistently great. Kak Christina is truly one of the kindest and most understanding hosts I’ve ever met. Her kindness and attentiveness made me feel completely at home. She responds quickly, and always makes sure everything is well prepared for your stay. I’m really grateful to have found a host like her. Without a doubt, I’ll keep coming back!

We had a very good time in Kava Stay. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. Love the gym, swimming pool, and the playground for my kids. Good location and very easy to communicate with the host. Thank you.

Kak radinda sangat komunikatif dan membantu, unit nya bersih dan nyaman, ac nya juga sangat dingin, terdapat kulkas dan kitchen set lengkap dan pemandangan dari unit sangat bagus terlebih saat malam dan sunrise

Apartemen bersih, sesuai ekspektasi saya, cocok utk bawa anak2 atau keluarga, anak2 bisa main tanpa takut kena debu atau perabotan yg kotor. Hostnya jg responsif bgt. Sejauh ini ga ada kendala. Lucky me dapat apart yg ini

Tempatnya sangat nyaman dan indah,semua bersih dan tertata rapi,cuma saya cukup terganggu dan sush u tidur karena lampu yg ad d balkon cukup terang dan tidak bisa dimatikan karena sepertinya langsung dri pihak apartmen,jdi mungkin bisa d tambah gordy/penutup d pintu balkon,dan masih ada Rambut d saluran pembuangan kamar mandi bekas pengguna sebelumnya,tapi ini tidak terllu mengganggu u saya.

窓からの見晴らしがよく、インターネットの速度も申し分なかったです。 アリが結構いるのが気になりましたが、それ以外に不満はなかったです。部屋のクリーニングのサービスが付いているので、自分でタオルを洗濯したり、トイレットペーパーを買ったりしなくてよかったです。コンロが使用禁止だったので料理ができなかったです。

Just be aware that you need the door card not only for access to your room but also for entering floors and such. I settled in and had a peaceful sleep on a soft bed. Mrs. Metty the caretaker of the place was always attentive, helpful and responsive to any issues or concerns I had.

Love the whole experience staying at Mario’s listing. The apartment units are clean and guest facilities are amazing too, beautiful swimming pools and cozy pool lounge. I’d recommend this place as it’s so strategically located in central Jakarta, where you can go to Grand Indonesia only 10 mins by taxi or you can walk easily to MRT station. Also if you like just stay indoors, at downstairs there is Spanish 😋 and Japanese restaurant which I like to go when I stayed here. Overall, it was an enjoyable stayed at Sudirman suites, Mario has been very helpful and responsive to get everything sorted for you. Great services by Mario and his teams. Thank you.

Zeker de moeite waard om te verblijven. Je zit in zuid Jakarta in de beste wijk met alles om je heen. Ik heb ervan genoten.
