Luxury Suite in Victorian House in Queen's Park NW6

King size bed, sitting area with sofa, armchair and table along with 49 inch flat-screen TV. Special touches include mini-bar, safe, Nespresso machine and tea-making facilities. Bathroom has large rain shower, separate bath, double wash basins. Hanging space, chest of drawers, solid oak floors with underfloor heating. Guests have use of charming walled garden - perfect on sunny days for coffee or reading a book. The luxury guest suite is completely independent & private on its own lower floor of Bertrand's house. Guests are also welcome to use the sunny walled garden at the back of the house, very pleasant for reading a book with a drink or cup of tea. On arrival they receive a key to the house from Bertrand and are free to come and go as they wish throughout their stay. Queen's Park is a vibrant and fashionable West London neighbourhood. Breakfast on fresh-baked croissants at Gail's Bakery, sample wine and tasting plates at the Salusbury Wine Shop, and listen to local author readings at Queen's Park Books. Three minute walk to Queen's Park station for the Bakerloo line - five minutes to Paddington Station for Heathrow Express trains and just 15 minutes to Oxford Circus. Queen's Park Overground trains are 10 minutes to Euston Station near St Pancras for EuroStar trains. Nearby Brondesbury Park Overground trains go directly west to Westfield Shopping Centre, Kew Gardens and Richmond and east to Stratford, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and Canary Wharf.

An elegant, quintessentially English, beautiful room in a Victorian house on a quiet residential road in Wandsworth, SW London. Built c1885, the house contains many period features. The room has a Kingsize bed and en-suite bathroom. You will feel calm in this period house. Guests love the peace and quiet, away from the crowds after a day in Central London. The room and ensuite bathroom are west facing, taking advantage of the evening sun. A Continental style breakfast is available.

Large double room 30 mins from Piccadilly Circus

Our home is 30 minutes to Piccadilly Circus central London, 20 minutes to Heathrow Airport, 10 minutes from a variety of delicious restaurants and pubs and 10 minutes to the Grand Union Canal. We lay out a self-service organic light continental breakfast with teas and Colombian coffee overlooking our lovely garden. Your private bedroom area is on the first floor level with a large newly decorated double bedroom, with a private bathroom with toilet. We have 2 soppy Labrador dogs!

My home is spacious with free parking for up to two cars and a short walk from local shops, amenities and the underground and overland stations. Live like a Londoner! Experience a part of London, only 20 minutes from tourist areas but where working Londoners come home to. Eat, drink, go to the cinema and even the theatre. All within easy walking or a short bus trip from our space. When you've been with the crowds all day, looking at all the sights - it's great to come back to Archway for peace and relative quiet! We are 8 to 10 minutes walk from the nearest Underground and 3 minutes from the Overground.

Built in 1697, our lovely Georgian Home is right next to Putney Bridge. Located on the first floor, a modern and contemporary room perfect for couples and the single traveller. We have lived in London for many years and love passing on our favourite local gems to all our guests We also do not charge a cleaning fee! Our prices include breakfast (cooked included) We also have another two rooms, on the floor above, which can be booked by the same party/family.

Lovely room with ensuite near Finsbury Park

Great location near centre with excellent transport nearby. Our double-bedded room with own ensuite bathroom is very comfortable, fully-equipped and private for 1 or 2 people. If you are 3 or 4 people we've a second double-bedded room next to it at extra cost. Contact me before requesting a booking if you need the two rooms. Eight minutes walk to Manor House tube (Piccadilly Line) and near buses. Please note: No kitchen access except breakfast.
