The location was great and the maid in the house was very kind, she helped us whenever we needed. Juan was very communicative and made booking easy.

Everything was in order, marvelous hot shower and complete amenities. Very responsive host. Top notch location too.

Check-in and check-out were super smooth, and the room was really clean. I believe this place has a great view when the building lights are on. I’ll definitely come back during the season when the lights are on.

Had a great stay! Host was very responsive and helpful! The place was SPOTLESS and smelled really nice! Literally so clean from the floor to the ceiling! Sheets looked new as well. My wife loved the pillow options they had in the bedroom as well which were 2 firmer options and 2 softer options. They gave us an amazing parking which was conveniently next to the elevator to get to the room. :) Highly Recommended!

You won't even thought that there's an Airbnb like this in the Metro, near the mall, very accessible. The caretakers were kind and accommodating, always ready to answer your inquiries and requests. Nate is very responsive, you can expect him to answer your queries right away. I like their kitchen, they have provided everything you need from plates to utensils. They also provided mineral water and the use of the gas stove is for free. Excellent experience, worth recommending. We enjoyed their amenities, billiards, darts, air hockey, and also the Videoke. The rooms were also nice, hope you will have rooms at the ground floor for Seniors who can no longer go upstairs. Overall rating excellent. 👍

The vibes here is very homey. We enjoyed our staycation while still being able to work comfortably before our flight because the place is very ideal for both relaxation and work. Strong AC in the rooms and the living room. Strong wifi connection in every corner of the house. Flexible check in and very responsive host. We surely will be back.

The unit was really beautiful. When we entered, all we could say was “wow”. We also had a very smooth check-in. It’s different from the usual airbnb experience you get here in Eastwood. This one gives you that elite feeling at an affordable price (maybe cause we got it at a discounted rate) The work desk with a view was a +++++++ The only problem was the internet cuts off from time to time when inside the rooms but overall ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had an amazing two-day stay at this Airbnb in Makati City - definitely one of the best experiences me and my family have had. The unit was spotless, well-maintained, and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate all six of us. It truly felt like a home away from home. One minor thing we wished for was a bigger cookware since we cooked a few meals, but everything else was spot on. We’re also very grateful for the host’s flexibility during checkout - we ended up oversleeping (that’s how comfy the place was!) and they were kind enough to adjust. Highly recommended for families looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay in the city! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was an overall great experience. recommended for groups or families. The instructions were clear, and the hosts were very easy to communicate with. I especially liked the interior design, and the bathroom was spacious and well-maintained. Overall, an outstanding stay!

I was early for my checkin but the staff let me drop off my luggage while I explored the surrounding area. Very friendly people and very responsive when I had questions.

The place is sooo great. at first we're hesitant to book this place because it's so high, it's in the 35th floor, but when you get to the unit you'll thank yourself for booking this unit. the view of the city is incredible specially at night. The unit is so clean and they provided basic needs. Complete kitchen tools. You'll feel right at home. Owner & caretaker was so responsive and most of all it's pet friendly. Can't wait to book this place again, and of course we will definitely recommend this to our friends & relative. 👍👍👍👍👍

Had a great stay. It's a very lovely place, convenient and pet friendly. The only thing we didn't like is the parking, but the architectural design is out of anybody's control so this would just be a heads up to anyone with big cars. You'd have to navigate a bit since the parking numbers are not consistent and the space is also not a standard grid. Other than that, we had a very comfortable stay. We will definitely come back next time!

We loved Adam's place! His communication was proactive. He always let us know what to expect. I loved the welcome we had - he had a clearbook about everything in the place as well as what to expect, what do to and local recommendations. We truly felt at home. We stayed here for 6 nights and we felt extremely satisfied. Everything is provided and all are exactly the same in photos. Whats good with Krizza is she gave us expectations esp when they just did some pest control. I think most condo in Manila has small roaches which I dont think affect the comfort the unit has provided. Swift checkin and out. Thanks Kirzza, til next time! :)

I had an amazing experience staying at Home Hustler’s place. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect — close to SM Manila and Intramuros (our school) yet peaceful and quiet at night. Communication with Ma’am Cherry was smooth and prompt. They were incredibly accommodating and made sure I had everything I needed. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting Metro Manila.

The space is safe and secure, and there is a smart cat that knows how to ride the elevator from the top floor to the bottom floor which was very entertaining to watch. You'll need to climb a flight of stairs to the top floor — the elevator does not stop at the penthouse itself. But asides from the entrance into the unit, the unit itself is clean, and a pleasure to stay in. There is also a restaurant attached to the building for some quick eats. It's also very easy to order Grab for any deliveries to this location.

Jireh accomodated us even it's last minute booking. He even helped us looked for a parking slot. Unit is pet friendly. Place is clean but some part of the building like hallways and elevator is a bit dusty but we do understand that there are repairs and on going construction in some other units. Internet is fast. Overall, we will definitely be back. Thank you!

Our stay at Shine’s flat was a great experience. The space was neat, compact, and well laid out, with a cozy lofted bed and all the essentials provided—including cooking basics, a rice cooker, and room-darkening curtains for a good night’s sleep. I also appreciated the clean bathroom with a bidet and the reliable AC and WiFi, which made it easy to relax or get things done. Everything was as described, and it felt like a comfortable home away from home. Best of all, the host was always quick to respond to my questions, which made the stay feel even smoother. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again!

Great place to stay, the place is very clean including the bathrooms and kitchen. It has all essential amenities, interior design is very well done and there are a few restaurants less than 5min drive away as a bonus. This is top value for money. Highly recommended

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was very cozy and looked exactly like the photos. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was great—there were nearby stores, restaurants, and it was close to the market, so it was easy to get around. The host was very responsive and understanding. The only issue we had was that the internet could be intermittent at times, so if you're planning to work during your stay, it’s a good idea to have mobile data as a backup. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend this place to others.

What a beautiful place. In the center of everything, but still in a Quite part. Host is great. Views are amazing and the security guards are awesome, so friendly they are.
