The apartment is as described on the platform, it was clean and organized. Close to pharmacy, gym, markets and 10 minutes away from the beach.

Our vacation wouldn't be the same without the family moments we spent at Carlos and Ariadnne's place. Very careful with the details of the house, with a complete structure that fully met our needs at Christmas dinner and moments with the children. We'll be back and we'll definitely recommend it

Mari is a sweet, super helpful! He gave us all the necessary instructions and even beyond so that we could have a good stay. The property is identical to the advertised photos, very cozy and comfortable and all well clean and organized (even smelling was!) We had some unforeseen events due to the tide, but nothing that a little bit of patience did not circumvent. The location with respect to the sea is perfect, literally pe on the sand; now with respect to the trendiest part of the island and the center is a little distant. We wanted rest, so it was perfect! I recommend it with my eyes closed!

The house is super comfortable, spacious, airy, has the necessary items for a great stay. The bathrooms are large, good showers and all clean. The most amazing part of the house is the outdoor area and the sea view. The atmosphere is super quiet and we still had the support of the housekeeper, Mr., Carlos, who helped in everything and even so, always left us at will. The place is simply perfect for accommodating large groups and is super quiet to have access to other sites, such as the historic center of São luís and its beaches. You can rent that is worth the experience. Another positive point are the air conditioners , they all work perfectly and this generates extra comfort. The kitchen is also well equipped and there were enough dishes.

We love our stay. For those who want quiet will choose the right place. Organized, clean and cosy as well as the host. Therefore, I thank you for your attention and kindness. As soon as I can, I make it a point to return.

My stay was super peaceful!!The apartment is in a family condominium, the neighbors and doormen are kind! The apartment was very clean and organized, everything was fine. The host Emanuelle is very kind and polite, she was always available to help, she was even very understanding and polite with a small unforeseen event that I had. I highly recommend the apartment and host!!!

We had a great stay. The place is very, very cozy, clean, comfortable, close to beautiful beaches. The condominium is very organized and safe. All kitchen and laundry utensils worked very well. The hostess was very attentive and answered all our questions. The only misfortune was that the microwave was not working on the day of arrival, but it was later resolved by the hostess. We didn't use the pool, but it was there, beautiful and available. Nothing but praise. I'd definitely be back.

Tany's place is super clean and organized and very but very cozy. The village needed this refuge and her little house brought this welcome. The view of the beach is beautiful,the coastal avenue has plenty of restaurants,cafes, outdoor activities,already on the avenue of the Dutch about 10 minutes from the building,you can find market,pharmacy,shopping malls,gyms,all very close too. Great location for those who like to walk because everything is close. Tany was requested and quick in the replies every time I need to get in touch. Finally, São Luiz is a jewel,a beautiful place!
