Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Packwood

My family was looking for a place to stay close to Mt. Rainier that would be free from pets, as my daughter is unfortunately highly allergic. It is hard to find, but this cozy cottage stood out. Its beautiful aesthetic drew us in, along with the hot tub. We had just come back from an Alaska cruise so we want to find a remote place to wind down for a few days and explore Mt. Rainier & Mt. St Helen. This was the perfect spot! We had a little issue with the thermostat where the heater would come on making it stuffy. We reached out to Branden and he quickly responded offering us a solution to turn the AC unit on and open the doors to make the upstairs cooler. It worked and we were comfortable the rest of the stay. We enjoyed the hot tub and stopped to get firewood for the fire pit for s’mores. One of the best parts were the deer that roamed around the property. We would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a home away from home. It was the best way to end our trip.

William has truly provided a little piece of paradise with this place. It was everything we needed and more. From the moment we stepped in, we felt a sense of peace and comfort that made it hard to leave. Every detail was thoughtfully curated from the cozy furnishings to the serene surroundings. The space was spotless, beautifully designed, and full of charm. Whether we were relaxing indoors or enjoying the outdoor views, it felt like a true escape from the everyday. William was also a wonderful host responsive, kind, and clearly passionate about creating a welcoming experience. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already talking about when we can come back. If you're looking for a heavenly getaway, look no further.

We had a great stay! Appreciated the easy access, clear instructions, and great location. Clean and comfortable house. Really loved the fenced yard and fire pit for s’mores, too!

We enjoyed our stay in Packwood. Kids loved having some space to themselves upstairs, played plenty of games, and watched their fav movie on the big TV. Elk were in the neighborhood while we were there in June. A great spot to spend a couple days exploring the southern parts of Mt Rainier NP.

Anthony was very responsive if we ever had any questions. The house was cozy and comfortable. Very close to Mt. Rainer!

We stayed as a group of two families - 4 adults and 5 kids. We were thrilled to be able to bring our dog with us. It rained almost our entire stay, so we weren’t able to do as many Outdoor activities as planned, but it meant we were able to really use all the activities provided in the bunkhouse - puzzle, board games, video games, etc. There is a market, a brewery and a coffee shop all within blocks, so it was super easy to pick up any supplies we forgot. The house is a little dark, we found ourselves wishing for a little more light. The kitchen had almost everything we needed. We did end up purchasing more paper towels and some ziplocks. The double oven was very helpful. Some larger sheet pans would have helped to be able to cook for such a large group, but we just did things in batches. Overall we highly recommend this place and hope to return someday.

The room itself was clean, had everything we needed and comfortable. Met Josh in the morning downstairs at the coffee shop. He was helpful on recommendations for Mt. Rainier and very nice. Great place to stay!

This was our third stay at Tina’s place. Still one of our favorites. Super clean, excellent communication and so chic comfy. We love it!

Traveled with a friend to visit the Flea Market. Was a great place to retreat to afterward. Great king bed in the bedroom. A/C is in the living room. Futon was fairly comfortable too. A bit of road noise in our unit but not bad. Kitchen was well equipped. Windows opened easily. There were no adjoining neighbors so nice and quiet.

What a great place to stay! We headed to the mountains for the fresh air, clean water and small-town charm and this place was perfectly situated. The apartment was super clean, very cozy and comfortable. Felt like just the right amount of space for the two of us . . . and then you walk outdoors! Great big fire pit that kept us toasty, views across the fields and into the mountains. And I think we saw elk every day! Can't wait f or ski season and a chance to stay at this perfectly situated airbnb. Thanks, Thomas!

Fantastic dog friendly lodging with plenty of space and easy access to Packwood

We enjoyed our stay. Was a nice peaceful quiet neighborhood with good views and lots of things within walking distance. We would definitely come back again.

My husband and I have stayed in many Airbnb’s and this one (although I’m aware it’s a brand new build) was hands down the cleanest place we’ve come across. Fredrick was very responsive and accommodating.
