The balcony room has seating for 4 people, a kitchenette and also 2 single beds. The balcony is on the sunny side and you have a wonderful view of the Modriacher Kircherl! Each room is equipped with a small refrigerator. At the hotel entrance there is now a vending machine called Seppl which is ready for you around the clock with chilled drinks, snacks, tobacco products and much more. House on the lake (4/4), summer dream with enjoyment & nature

The house by the lake, my personal lifelong dream. But too big to use it alone. Away from mass tourism, in the middle of the mountains, right by the lake, surrounded by forests. Everything in and around the house is very spacious for people and animals. Very important to us personally. In addition to barbecue/fire pits, a sauna, a private jetty, beanbags and garden swings, a rowboat, a SUP board and the garden shed ("Villa Seen-Sucht"), our guests can use everything... that way it's more fun for all of us. A special place!

A cozy vacation home a little off the beaten track of our farm invites you to linger and relax at over 1100 m above sea level. The house is situated in a sunny location, with views of the wonderful nature. It is located just 5 km from the A2 in Modriach, in beautiful Western Styria. Absolutely no noise from cars or anything else. Currently there are great tobogganing opportunities! Shopping is available in the village of Edelschrott, 15 km away, or in the village of Hirschegg.
