Pristine beach cottage with private yard

Sea Nook Cottage is a cut above most vacation rentals in this area. I've spared no expense to make it the best! And you can't beat the location: Three blocks from the Seaview beach approach, on a quiet street filled with lovely Victorian-era homes. Recently fully remodeled with great attention to detail, it also has a lovely front yard with low-smoke Solo Stove fire pit. Private, peaceful and a wonderful base from which to explore the Long Beach Peninsula, Astoria and all this area has to offer.

Stay here and listen to the waves! Enjoy all the beauty and fun the Long Beach Peninsula has to offer at this cute little guest studio in a cul-de-sac on quiet dead-end road - not suitable for children under 13. Five minute drive to the beach! The nice private outdoor patio has a covered kitchen, a firepit, BBQ, 4-burner stove top and large sink for cleaning clams/fish. Our 322 sq ft. vacation rental apartment is next door to, but separate from our two room Twin Gables Inn on Skamokawa Creek. Best for two, but sleeps four in a pinch (Wall bed in living room). The apartment does not face the creek, but it is 30 feet from the back door to the water's edge. 5 steps up to the apartment. Breakfast available at inn. Small dog with prior permission only. Dog-friendly park, wildlife refuge and Fairgrounds nearby.

Close to town, this above garage apartment is just a few blocks from the discovery trail and beach! The cabin next to the garage is occupied by owners, May-October, and at times October-April. We have plenty of extra parking for Rod run cars and fishing boats! All guests are welcome to use clam shovels and guns, as well as boots and bags; all in the garage. Your family will be close everything when you stay at this centrally-located place.

Ilwaco is a small port town on the WA coast with lots of character. The living space of our modern carriage house is upstairs so it's light & cozy, 600sq ft. It's a 2 minute walk to the port & 10 minute bike ride to Cape Disappointment (lots of bikes to use in the garage) and the beach. Upstairs-master bedroom with queen, bathroom, kitchen/living room. Downstairs- bedroom with single over double bunk bed, game closet, and washer/dryer.
