Beachfront holiday rentals in Pacific City

We had a great stay at the Sea Gypsy! The house is very comfortable and we would stay there again. The location is very close to the beach and Cape Kiwanda, we enjoyed exploring Bob Straub State Park, which was less than 5 minutes driving and definitely walkable from the house. The master bedroom was spacious with it's own bathroom and had such wonderfully soft sheets! The kitchen was well-equipped with good-quality pots and pans. Families with kids might want to bring their own plastic plates/ bowls/ cups for kids. Otherwise it was family-friendly and the kids enjoying the games available. Thank you for hosting us!

We had a lovely, relaxing stay at Ashley’s cozy place. Everything was clean, nicely decorated, and cozy. Loved the yard area for our little pup to stretch her legs. Even though it’s right off Highway 101, we weren’t bothered by any noise. Was able to enjoy coffee and breakfast before heading out for the day. Would recommend for anyone visiting Rockaway Beach.

Loved our stay at Mallorie's place! The condo was well stocked with everything we needed. Check in and check out was very easy! She had great area recommendations! It was only a short trail to the beautiful beach! We will return again!

A lovely stay right on the ocean and next to nature as well. An old school beach house that has everything you need….the hot tub with an ocean view is epic!

This was my second stay at the Dolphin House. This little beach house has great ocean views from the big picture windows. Loved the comfy furniture and the Adirondack chairs on the little oceanside deck were great for morning coffee or evening glass of wine (when it wasn’t too windy!). I’ll be back for sure.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at Wren’s Nest. The beach front location was peaceful and quiet and we were able to walk to restaurants and shops. The house was clean and welcoming and we very much appreciated the ability to bring our dog. He loved the beach access and met many friends. Thanks again! We were sad to leave.

We had the dreamiest stay here! This place is a gem for young families, you really could not ask for a better location and the amenities were so worthwhile as well. My kids learned how to crab and clam while we were out there and were hooked! We would definitely return without a second thought to this place!

great place, furnished with love, fantastic view. only drawbacks ;-) . i LOVED the special showerhead there, yet if you are over 6 ft. 4 you have to duck - or use the other shower :-) . we had to leave

Our stay at Matthew’s was lovely. Olivia beach is a great area and we had a great time hiking God’s thumb!

Very nice, clean and large condo. It’s right in the middle of town ( in a good way), so you can walk to restaurants or drive if you prefer. The mattress and couch were extremely comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and the sunset views were spectacular! There is private beach stairs for the building, be advised that staying here involves a lot of stairs ( up to the condo or down to the beach), so bring some good shoes and a sweater. We loved the condo and would definitely return.

Loved the condo; the beachy theme was beautifully done. The ocean front view was amazing. So relaxing. Am planning on staying there again. Another plus, is the elevator (instead of having to climb stairs) and the underground parking garage.

It’s an adorable 2 bedroom condo. The decor is updated and appropriately beachy. The unit was very clean and well organized with nice modern finishes. The pictures don’t do the beach view adequate justice. The view is like two large framed windows with the most amazing ocean view. We’ve stayed at many beach spots and this was the most well done (current decor etc), with the best views we’ve experienced.

This was a great place for four people the beach is close. Restaurants are nearby as are grocery stores. While you are at it check out the Perk 101 coffee shop. Great coffee and tea.

Beautiful views, right on the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Instructions were clear, easy to access, with a private parking spot. Would definitely stay again.

Wow! What a wonderful place. So close to the beach and an easy walk to town. In a gated community this home and neighborhood is a gem. Spotless, clean, and comfortable with all you need to cook a great meal. The beds were comfortable too. The back fenced patio was great for entertaining and for our dog. We definitely want to come back

The views are beautiful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed, lots of space, and comfortable beds. The beach was very accessible and rarely had people on it, so it felt very private. 10 out of 10!

Stay salty was a perfect get away for adults and children. Easy walk to beach, where we found literally 42 WHOLE sand dollars!! Highly recommend for families or girl friends get away!!

Beautiful view, comfortable living spaces, nice big bathtub. Plenty of dishes, soap, detergent, coffee. Look forward to staying again!

We loved our time at Margot’s house! Excellent location. She did early check in which was amazing. My kids loved the toys and other kid friendly items. She was also super communicative and responsive. Overall one of the best beach houses we’ve rented in a while!

This is hands down the best house in Pacific City! The location is amazing, the amenities are exactly what you want and need, and the house had the best views on the beach! We loved the layout of the house, the cozy sitting areas with expansive views, and in particular the extra towels, blankets and kitchen amenities that really make you feel right at home. We couldn’t have asked for anything more!

Wow, this was a DREAMY location and place to stay for a milestone birthday with friends and family. Not only were the views stunning and welcoming in every room, but the details and care and mindfulness put into this special home - really made this stay extra special for all of us! We enjoyed beach walks, the views, lovely kitchen and meals, lounging, wonderful bedding/bedrooms, a cute nook for my son, and wonderfully, kind and responsive Host. Thank you for all of the energy you put into this - it shows and was deeply valued and honored by my crew. We hope to return again in the warmer summer!
