Our experience with Desirée was excellent from the moment she met us at the entrance of the building until we completed our stay. Desirée is a fluent bilingual in English and Spanish, and in delightfully conversant regarding locales to visit in the area, including a host of culinary and cultural spots. The apartment is filled with light and there are two layers of curtains to use whenever the guest feels the need. The kitchen is very well equipped, including two coffee machines, a blender, electric kettle, etc., as are all the rooms. The washer and dry work superbly. The residence is home-like, with books and artifacts, and there are two smart TVs. Desirée is highly professional and knowledgeable, and we enjoyed our stay and interacting with her immensely.

Oscar is very responsive and proactive at communicating with you. I arrived to Lima in the middle of the night and he was gracious to arrange with his cousin to greet us and show us the place. I am glad that he did because it would have taken us longer to figure out how to access the apartment building. the plaza is outside so it can be quite noisy during events.

Nice place to escape a few days with your partner, 5 minutes from the beach walking , terrace with sea view and beautiful decor , recommended if you like the rustic style.

It was one of the best birthdays for my mom. We enjoyed several days as a family with everything you look for when you leave the city: sunny days in the pool, board games, cylinder, grill, bread oven, Chinese box, very clean bedrooms, campfire area. In conclusion, a very cozy, orderly place with everything you need, Maria provides all the clear information and Luis is always supporting everything you need. I would always come back to this hermoso lugar!

This is the second time we've stayed at the Casa de la Abuela and, once again, it was a lovely experience. We were a group of six people and three small dogs, and we all felt at home. The climate in Santa Eulalia is delicious, ideal for disconnecting and enjoying the weekend. The location is excellent: just one block away is the main square, where there are several shops and restaurants that make the stay more comfortable. The house is well equipped, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The gardens are very well maintained, the pool is always clean and ready to enjoy. We also had a good time playing sapito and foosball. We would definitely come back a third time. Thank you for everything!

The photos don't do it enough justice, the place is much prettier. Excellent for an outing with friends or family, enjoying relaxing in the pool, grilling or just relaxing. Very well equipped, you don't need to bring anything. Close to restaurants, shops, supermarkets, markets, and at the same time on a quiet and peaceful street. We went to celebrate a birthday and we felt at home, very safe and quite comfortable. Mariana and her dad were excellent hosts, very attentive to our inquiries. I highly recommend it! The atmosphere is super cute and quiet we had a great time. There are many things to do (family games) What I recommend to the host is that they should add toiletries and cleaning tools ( trapitos , toilet paper, bleach, poet, dishwasher,etc.) For those wishing to rent take everything to the minimum ( phosphorus, specerias , water etc, there is no store nearby but if there is a delivery ) Everything else super comfortable, and there are several bedrooms 🫶

We spent a few unique days, an incredible silence to disconnect, my human daughter and the 4-legged one had a great experience; super attentive hosts. We'll be back.

Yuly’s place is unique and comfortable. She was such a sweet and responsive host! She gave plenty of recommendations for things to do and restaurants to try! She always made sure we were comfortable and happy during our stay! Her place is special and has all the necessary amenities plus more! We had plenty of water and juice, soda, beer, and champagne waiting for us. Also snacks! The jacuzzi is a great bonus, and the patio is peaceful. I would love to book with her again.

Very nice flat, well stuff in the kitchen, laundry in the basement of the building, well deserved by public transport but due to the strategic point on the Avenue, it’s very noisy even from the 8th floor.
