Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Pacé

We really loved our stay at this clean and cozy place! Check-in instructions were given ahead of time and was clear. Once we stepped into the house, we were so happy to see that it was exactly as what the photos showed. We immediately wished that we had booked it for a few more days, too bad our schedule did not allow for it! More importantly, Geoffroy and Pauline had been so helpful in the entire process. I had left a treasured item at their place after check out and I really appreciated the assurance, quality service and effort they made to ensure I received my item. Couldn’t thank them enough! I had a lovely stay at Cédric's place. The accommodation is pleasant, clean and well appointed. Very good communication, clear instructions for arriving and using the accommodation. Its location allowed me to visit the region. The accommodation is ideally located 30 minutes from Rennes and 1 hour from the nearest beaches.

Jacqueline is a great host, very friendly and accommodating. The accommodation matches the photos, everything is well done and practical (provision of towels, tissues, blanket). We had a great time. The only downside would be that for 10 people, 2 bathrooms (including one in the master suite) is a little tight and the fridge a little small, but when you come as a family you adapt and it works! We'll keep this address for next time. 😉 Thanks again for everything, Jacqueline, it was great!!!! 🤗

We were totally enchanted by this cute stone cottage. Hearing the birds singing was a delight. We enjoyed sitting outside by the lavender.

Accommodation faithful to the description, very well thought out and the description before arrival was very accurate with a "house guide" very well explained and pleasant to read. 10 min from St Grégoire where we had to go. Great. I would definitely recommend.

We stayed here to be close to the Parc Expo in Rennes. It was perfect for us - a couple with 2 dogs. The house is as described and it had evertything we needed. The garden was great for our dogs and it was fully fenced. Isabelle was quick to reply and even helped us out and allowed us to checkout late. Really great accomodation, especially with dogs. Isabelle is a great host. And one more things - We were surprised to find really good restaurants with fun atmpsophere in the area. Thank you Isabelle!

I have been touring Brittany and Normandy for 15 days and this was the best AirB&B I have ever stayed at. The ad and photos reflect it as it is, very quiet, no noise and it is very clean and Anne was very kind and helpful. Of course. I recommend it.

We had a great time. The property is beautiful and close to places to visit in the Broceliande forest. The apartment is very well decorated and pleasant to live in.

Although we did not get to know Emilie personally, the communication was very good and friendly, she always responded very quickly! The duplex apartment was very clean and cozy. Access to the sleeping area may be a bit complicated for people with reduced mobility. The bed, blanket and pillow were comfortable, but with 1.40m width a bit too narrow for me. During our stay, it was very warm in Rennes, which led to a high temperature in the sleeping area. However, a fan is available. The location is central and with a balcony, overlooking the canal. The first restaurants are about 10 minutes' walk away. Parking the car in the backyard may not be so easy for larger cars. For my husband, with our VW Golf, it was no problem. We were the only ones who had parked there during our stay! On our next visit to Rennes, we will be happy to come back to Emilie

Nice accommodation near the city center. Very easy to access, Jessica is very responsive, and having a flexible check-in is a plus. The accommodation is a little noisy but it is intrinsic to the apartment (thin walls/ceilings), the neighbors were not in themselves disturbing on the night we spent there. Very nice mattress and sofa, equipped kitchen. If you spend a night in Rennes, I recommend this accommodation.

We had a very good night at Loïc's. The accommodation is spacious and well laid out with beautiful materials. The massage shower is superb. We loved it. The outdoor space, a real plus, is very convenient for parking the car. I recommend it.

Great stay with Zabeth and Pascal. A warm personal welcome, with an explanation of the excellent equipment and the surroundings. Refrigerator filled with soft drinks, yogurt, butter, jam, etc. Furthermore, sufficient coffee is available, including for the Dolce Gusto. Apartment is very tasteful and trendy. The apartment is located on a dead-end street, close to the city center. As a result, it is very quiet in the street and there is no noise nuisance. These superhosts with their beautiful 2 private apartments, are definitely recommended. Thanks for the super nice stay. R&R

Very close to Dinan, Séverine's accommodation is impeccable with a very beautiful decoration. The park is very quiet and the common room is very pleasant, very well equipped to have a good time (games, aperitif, reading, etc.). The spa is the little extra after a day of walking. I highly recommend this place to relax.

The apartment is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The welcome when we arrived was very warm and made us feel comfortable. Its location is very convenient because bcp of things next door and at the same time the balcony is facing greenery which allows you to be quiet too. I recommend

I had a pleasant stay at May's place. I had to participate in the Transmusicales de Rennes and finding this place nearby was a real stroke of luck. The accommodation is impeccable. May is always available and attentive. A delight for any traveler.

This is a bright and spacious apartment that had everything we needed. It was warm and cozy inside and offered a lovely balcony on the warmer days. Ferhat was very helpful and gave us two excellent restaurant recommendations. The huge park across the road has many walking trails and we even found it was possible to walk into the centre ville through the park and along the canal. We didn’t need a car to explore Rennes, though appreciated the convenient car park available under the building for our first night before dropping off our rental car. Overall, very happy with our stay here.

Vincent is a very welcoming and considerate host and the accommodation is well maintained and perfectly equipped. The stay was wonderful and the surroundings are quiet and very pleasant to visit. No complaints, the place is perfect for those who want to rest and enjoy nice walks. We will come back without hesitation!
