Close to the town center, a communal room, the exhibition park (15 min) and the center of Rennes (15 min), this accommodation consists of a room and toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs is a double bed, shower cabin and sink. A mattress can be added if the accommodation accommodates more than 2 people. There is no kitchen but there is a microwave, fridge and other utensils (plates, cutlery, etc.) at your disposal. All types of shops and some restaurants are a 5-minute walk from the property.

Peaceful stopover 10 minutes from Rennes by car or by bus, the bus stop being 100m from the property. 30 m2 studio outbuilding on our estate, free access to the garden and its furniture. 45 minutes from the Emerald Coast (Saint-Malo, Dinard) and 1h from Mont Saint Michel. A whole independent floor.

You are looking for a comfortable, spacious and functional place for a night or a short stay . We welcome you with great pleasure in our house where all the upper space is just for you . We live in a very quiet subdivision close to a bus stop (2 minutes walk ) that takes you directly to Rennes in 10 minutes. The west bypass is also very close towards St Brieuc or St Malo in the other direction. The village is 15 minutes walking .
