Villa at Orta mahalle-Özdere, 200m to the sea, with terrace

Our villa is 35 minutes away from the ancient city of Ephesus by car and our villa has a mustakil entrance. It is on the sea side and 200 meters from the beach. While the ground floor consists of kitchen and lounge, the 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms 1 en-suite bathroom and 1 shared bathroom, 1 bedroom in the loft and a large terrace. 2 rooms have 2 double beds, 1 room has 2 double beds, 1 room has 3 single beds. The house has mosquito nets on all doors and windows. There are 3 air conditioners and wifi in the house. All white goods and kitchen utensils are available.

In city center, all bars, restaurants, cafes are below our apartment. 3 A/C natural gas heating, Ambilight Tv and sound system, bath tub, all are ready for your staying. Our cleaning team also cleans everything before your arrival. Also we have SPECIAL PARKING LOT(Vans not allowed). You can come by your car very easy. Our building has elevator so you dont need to climb stairs.

It was a very well-equipped apartment. Although it seemed like a disadvantage that it was a basement, it was a light and, most importantly, a cool apartment. It was a relief that there was air conditioning. Mr. Hakan was quick to respond to questions and was solution-oriented. thank you.

The house was as seen in the photos. There was nothing missing, all the amenities were available. We stayed with 2 families and had no problems at all. Mr. Yigit and Ms. Tülay are very interested, when we wrote when we needed something, they came back in the moment and took care of it right away. They are very kind people. It was very pleasant to sit in the garden, it was quiet and calm, a place to relax. We came by planning to visit the surrounding beaches, but we liked the Çukuraltı beach very much, we didn't even need to go anywhere else. Very good location in Kusadasi, very close to Ephesus. We enjoyed the house and Özdered very much. If there's a chance in the future, we'd love to be guests in this house again. We were very pleased with the family.

Canan's house is in a beautiful position overlooking the sea. It is well appointed and comfortable and a real home from home. Canan is a lovely host, she helped us in so many ways and was so welcoming. There are little beaches a few minutes walk away which are very quiet and Sigacik, which is a 10 minute drive away, has plenty of shops and restaurants. I've had a wonderful week there and I thoroughly recommend it, especially if you like cats, as there are usually a few to be found in the garden!
