We loved it and hope to visit again.

Beautiful home close to town yet felt secluded in the country. (other than times when events were going on next door, which were not a problem at all.) Great pool area with lots of pool toys, fire pit, seating, hot tub and shade. Comfortable beds and a nice big kitchen, as well as two living rooms too. Pool is down a hill and some stairs, so might be hard for mobility impaired. Lots of wildlife on property, we saw deer, beaver, lizards and a large variety of birds. Host was very responsive. Great home, nice pool, perfect location.

Me and the wife needed a relaxing anniversary destination close to mouth but far enough away lol. We found this diamond and will definitely be back soon. This was the most relaxing 17th year anniversary we couldn’t have done better this close to home. Thanks to Rachael.

I can't say enough about my amazing stay. Sarah is absolutely amazing and the home exceeds your expectations. Just appreciate and respect that this place goes above most places. Yes they have rules but they are fair and understandable so others can have great stays! YOU WILL NOT REGRET! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!

We were very happy with our stay. The home was very nice and there were plenty of options nearby to get out and enjoy ourselves.

We had the best time at the GORGEOUS home! Everything was perfectly clean and labeled. There was plenty of space for a couple families to stay and have everything we need! The views are breathtaking! We would love to be able to come back and stay again!

Great home for a family or group. Large main floor bedroom with en suite. All other bedrooms are upstairs. Inside the home was very clean and well appointed with lovely decor combining modern elements with fixtures and features true to the history of the home. A unique property. The drive to the home is lovely and we enjoyed evening walks as well as rocking on the front porch. Justin was quick to communicate, and when we made him aware that the coffee pot was broken, he had a new one delivered within an hour.

Stayed for the weekend just as a quick getaway to enjoy some peace and quiet. Absolutely beautiful place. Very comfortable. Really enjoyed the privacy and the scenic views. Would definitely stay again.

This is our second time staying in the treehouse we love making memories at the pond fishing and swimming with our family in the area. We will definitely be back again. We feel right at home.

This house was such a great place to stay for me and my friends. We had 11 folks and there was plenty of room for everyone. The backyard porch and hot tub were amazing amenities to have, and watching sunset go behind the lake was a great way to finish the day. It's central to a lot of great nature to explore: Petit Jean, Buffalo River, Hot Springs, etc. I can't overstate how much we enjoyed staying here.

By far the best Airbnb we have stayed in. Cristy and Mike were great hosts. We will definitely be staying again on our next riding trip.

The place looked just like the pictures. Very clean, and had everything we needed. Plenty of room to park our trailer and ATV’S. Ride from cabin to trails. It was perfect for our weekend getaway. Will definitely stay there again. Kenny and Dana were quick to respond back with the questions that we had. Great hosts.

We booked Mudita for a grounding retreat and it did not disappoint! There was a mixup with the locations address to the river in the description (in the house rules once you book) however Melissa answered our call and directed us to the correct location. This is A DRY COUNTY so if you want to have some beverages, stop well before entering Arkansas. The closest location to purchase alcohol is about 45 minutes away. The home itself was AMAZING! We felt right at home (and wished it was our home) and spent a lot of time enjoying all 3 levels of the home. I even sat in the running creek and read then was greeted by a deer which was exciting. We saw an eagle, fox, lizards and the running creek + birds chirping set the ideal environment for relaxation. We floated the Buffalo River and I highly recommend doing so! It's about 25 minutes from the property and well worth the money. The salt spa, sauna, hot tub, and everything was amazing. We hope to come back again <3

Yes, the price we paid was absolutely worth it. There was three of us all girls and we had so much fun. The place was very beautiful very well keep and she had stocked us with supplies that we needed to make our trip. We would definitely stay there again. Kerri is a wonderful host. All I had to do was text her and she was answering me within an hour. I asked her what was the best restaurant around and she told us and we ate there the whole time was there twice thank you so much to carry. I would definitely recommend this place.

Such a welcoming peaceful stay. We had to change rentals last minute and this stay salvaged our vacation. Wish we had stayed here the whole time and would love to come back! The mountains are beautiful. The view is spectacular. The house itself is spotless and spacious. Anything I forgot to bring seemed to be in a cupboard or closet. The washing machine was clean and efficient. Hot tub with tv unexpectedly awesome. Fire ring perfect for marshmallow roast under the stars. Plentiful clean linens and pillows. We could have happily just stayed at house but also wished we had extra time to explore surrounding mountains, hiking, and lake and river areas. Safe, walkable neighborhood. I can only say I wasn’t sure where to hang towels to dry in bathroom so I guess a towel rack would be the only thing I would add. Otherwise perfect home!

The view was absolutely amazing. It has a million dollar view and the deck is a perfect place to hang out and watch the sunset.

We needed a last minute booking and she was quick to respond. She was able to have the place ready very quickly. It was a convenient location for the family event we attended, it was clean, laid out very efficiently and creative for the space it used to be.

This house was absolutely perfect. It was super clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable . The host is an excellent communicator.

We have stayed at this house before and we love it every time. Very peaceful, close to family we are there to visit. Close enough to town to get Steffeys pizza every day. The AC is outstanding and the house was very comfortable no matter what the temp was outside. Great washer and dryer. Furniture is very nice and comfortable. We bring a puzzle table and there is plenty of room to leave it set up in the livingroom. We will always choose this house when visiting family in town.

Beautiful place with stunning views from the back porch and windows. Perfectly perched at the top of Neill's Bluff. Short drive for fishing access, restaurants and stores. Also, a good find for baseball families because it is centered in the middle of the big tournament fields, north to south, and there is a large yard for wiffle ball/soft toss.

Chris’s place was such a treat! Welcoming from the booking to check-in. Decorated so cute & comfortably. Lovely yard with sitting & relaxing areas. Very well equipped kitchen, bedding & bath. We could walk to the square for shopping & ice cream & to The Dig for a yummy dinner. We did cook at the house and had everything we needed to make a great meal. Fun little museum next door. Hop on the road to many adventures- we spent a day up at the Lodge at Mt Magazine. Was very easy to just relax at the house as well. Can’t wait to stay at Chris’s place again!

The Ratterman Ranch was the perfect place to stay!! I’ve traveled all over the world and this is by far the best Air BnB I’ve ever stayed in! It was super clean, absolutely beautiful scenery everywhere you looked, and it had so many things at the house to do, along with it being fully stocked with everything you could possibly need! We’re definitely planning on coming back and would recommend it to anyone!! And the hosts were so nice and helpful and very accommodating!!

Our family had such a wonderful time in this home! Description of everything was spot and the pictures as well. The most kitchen utensils/pots/cups etc I have ever had in an Air B&B. Clean and lots of beds to choose from. Super quiet and beautiful surroundings. 10/10
