Waterfront holiday rentals in Øygarden Municipality

We spent a night on the top floor of a fisherman's hut, the view was very beautiful, with a slightly misty atmosphere that day that had a lot of charm! The accommodation is very spacious, with a small balcony. Øve was there to welcome us and recommended a walk around the area. he was always very responsive, friendly and available for our questions.

The appartment is cozy and well equipted. Owner has a nice boat for rent. Hood for fishing and cruising. Hellesøy is a pittoresque small village with narrow canals and beautiful old houses. Recommended!

Gorgeous little home on the ocean. The host was very responsive and helpful. We had one fantastic meal at the hotel restaurant. The hot tub was also a great addition. One note, the floor is a bit noisy so keep that in mind if you have small children and don’t want to wake them by walking around. Other than that, we would stay here again. Thank you!

The place was super nice. It is highly recommended in summer as well as in winter! It was warm enough that we would have endured minus degrees. The place was super good to find with the description. The view from the breakfast table was breathtaking! You can go fishing on the dock even in winter. We felt very comfortable!

Nice place close to fantastic climbing on Sotra on one side and Bergen on the other side. The hosts were quick to respond and very welcoming. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great weekend at Guri's apartment! It was tidy and well equipped with everything you need. The view is great and two terraces are nice when we could move after the sun! It's also nice to swim there due to a swimming ladder on the nearby jetty. We would gladly came back!

Mona's place was even better than the photos. Every day me and my family were greeted by an amazing view, that would make our days. Having breakfast in such a scenic place was an incredible experience. Mona's hospitality also exceeded all expectations. We would love to come back one day!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The care and attention to the renovation of this historic house is clear everywhere. Beautifully and comfortably equipped, the interiors are such a joy, we adored this house and would recommend to anyone looking for modern amenities in a characterful historic setting. Comfortable beds, beautiful linens, well stocked kitchen, wonderful views and a scenic location less than an hour outside Bergen and looking out over the quaint harbour, this was a really relaxing cosy location to spend Christmas. Would love to visit in summer too. Highly recommended.

it is the second time thar we spent some time at Stig's cabin and once more it was idyllic! The house is beautiful and the garden perfect for a family holiday, not mentionning the sauna and the wonderful surroundings. I am surw we will come back again soon!

This was a great vacation home. Our family enjoyed our time here. Lasse was very helpful and responded quickly to all of our questions.

Comfortable and convenient place very close to the airport but with a nice rural feel and view of the Bergen Fjord. Stig seemed to be away for the weekend when we stayed but they wasn’t a problem. He’s doing some work on one side of the house and the path to the door is a bit rough and might be a problem for someone with mobility problems. Otherwise recommended.

Excellent week spent in Nils' accommodation, beautiful environment, very peaceful. Terrace by the fjord, provision of fishing rods and lures. fish-rich fjord very well-equipped house, nothing is missing Nils is a very welcoming host we will recommend this destination many great places to discover on the island of Askoy

A pleasant stay in a quiet, well-equipped apartment. Knut, the host, was welcoming and very helpful throughout. Highly recommended.

Wow! what a view. A 15 minute drive from the centre of Bergen. peaceful and a lovely apartment. it had everything you needed for self catering. It was great to sit and watch movements on the Fjord right in front of you. The bathroom and toilet was one floor down, but was absolutely no trouble for us. There was some noise from aircraft but again not that it bothered us. If we were to come back to the Bergen area, this would be our first choice. Great stay! The apartment is very large and has everything you need. The location is fantastic, right by the sea with a beautiful terrace. We rented the boat, the weather was perfect and everything was well explained. Our highlight was that we were allowed to bring in the crab nets with Jarle, and in the evening there were also the caught crabs to eat.
