Amazing place and there were good communication with the hosts. We got very lucky with the weather in our stay, but the lake, canoe and paddleboard were amazing!

it is the second time thar we spent some time at Stig's cabin and once more it was idyllic! The house is beautiful and the garden perfect for a family holiday, not mentionning the sauna and the wonderful surroundings. I am surw we will come back again soon!

It was an absolute pleasure staying at Rune’s place. The house is clean and beautifully decorated. The surrounding property is beautifully maintained and has a lovely garden. The beds are comfy. And to top it off, there is a working wood burning fireplace! This Airbnb was one of the best we have stayed at and we will hopefully be back sooner rather than later.

Wonderful and very spacious house (3 double and two single bedrooms, two living rooms and an office room in addition to the kitchen and dining room) in a nice and quiet environment. Especially suited for groups. Nice hikes nearby.

Beautiful spot with small private beach! Excellent views of the water from all rooms. Private and quite, great for the kids and a good spot for excursions to bergen and the fjords

We stayed at Hilde's house for 2 nights, and felt right at home. The house was immaculate, the master bedroom and bathroom were extremely large ( the second bedroom and bed is smaller). The living room is very comfortable with a huge sectional and the second bathroom comes with a washer and dryer, which was much appreciated! Hilde welcomed us with a fruit and chocolate platter, and the kitchen was very well stocked. The bedrooms and bathrooms are on a different floor from the living area. Hilde checked on us throughout the visit to make sure we had all we needed. This is a great home for a family to rent while in the Bergen area...close to two grocery stores and lots of parking.

Otherwise is a perfect host who is helpful and very flexible. I was allowed to use the boat and even the Hings (boat as indicated for a fee). Beautiful location for walks and (for me especially) fishing (cod, pollak, Leng, squid, scarf and even a shark).

Was clean and neat, perfect place for extended family, we were 10 adults and 6 children from 10 months to 8 years. Everyone has enjoyed Christmas - 24, The host responds quickly and adapted for us as an extended family.

We are so happy we found this place! Great place where it was easy to find peace, both outside in the garden and inside. Very pleasant hosts who enhanced the experience of feeling welcome and at home. Great communication throughout. We will definitely book here at a later time. I highly recommend both the place and the hosts to others!

A comfortable stay!

Very nice little cottage right on a river/lake. The fjord is about 850 m walking distance. There is a great large terrace right on the shore with a table and seating. The terrace also serves as a jetty. The children liked to use this to jump into the water. Bathing and swimming are therefore possible. Gunnar provided us with kayaks and a rowing boat. We didn't catch any fish in the lake, but we did in the surrounding fjords. The house is really very small for five people and being together with five people in the bedroom is also adventurous. We were lucky with the weather, it was all wonderful I recommend the house without reservation. Really great small property.

The cabin perfectly matches the description and Roald's hospitality was perfect We enjoyed the view and the dock where we were able to fish for dinner. It is very easy to get to the center of Bergen by the ferry which is 10 minutes away. Really nice stay

What a lovely cabin in such a pretty part of norway, hosts where amazing, helped us use the amenities and even got us food when we had none, super kind approachable people 10/10 would recommend

we felt right at home. host was quickly accessible had good tips for visiting Bergen and there was even a vase with real peonies. beautifully decorated and fully equipped apartment

Britt was a very nice and forthcoming host. She even gifted us a few of her own homegrown chicken eggs, very nice touch :) The flat was as depicted and very nice to stay in.

Alis Marie's place was a lovely old world barn building with charm and character. Her communication was timely and accurate. I highly recommend her lovely cottage - however bear in mind that if you intend to see Bergen the bus ride takes approximately 30 minutes, due to extensive road construction in the area.

I spent a full month in this beautiful spacious loft (+/-60 m2 on the ground) located in a very peaceful residential area (private road and cul-de-sac a little further, so almost no traffic). The loft is located above a large garage. The entrance is private. You enter a hall where there is a large wardrobe. Upstairs, a large living room, a bedroom (comfortable bed) and a bathroom with all the good Rituals products. The kitchen is super well-equipped, good appliances and lots of cooking utensils. The cleanliness was impeccable. 2 Velux windows ensure brightness. I highly recommend this loft. I would say it's a gem! The bus stop is a 5-minute walk away, with 3 different buses that go to Bergen in about 15 minutes. Two large shopping areas are next to the bus stop. You can sometimes hear a few planes during the day but nothing disturbing. Élisabeth and her husband, two very friendly people, were great.
