Chalet holiday rentals in Oxford County

We stayed for a few days while skiing nearby. Ananda’s little cabin in the woods was a serene retreat from the world. The furnishings were fashionable and charming, and met our needs. We took advantage of the wonderful sauna. Highly recommended to stay here if you are in the area!

Possibly the nicest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. This house was in spotless condition and looks even better than it does in the pictures. There’s a beautiful view from the back deck. It is the perfect place for a ski getaway and has so much character inside. From the hot tub to the pool table to the pinball machine, we were constantly having fun. Also didn’t have a single issue for the entire stay. 10/10.

We had a great experience at Shelley’s place in Coplin Plantation. The house was spotless on arrival, with plenty of towels/linens for all the guests. Shelley was thoughtful enough to leave us hot chocolate, coffee, and a few essential groceries in the fridge in case of a late arrival. The house was everything and more than we expected and I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the Sugarloaf/Flagstaff Lake area.

We had a great stay at Kings Retreat this past weekend! Plenty of space for our group friend trip. Lovely surroundings, beautiful views, and a well stocked kitchen. Beds were comfy and fire places were cozy. We even used the grill and fire table on the deck for happy hour after a day of skiing. Would recommend Julia’s property for anyone looking to be close to Sunday River with a large group! Will be back again :)

Brian & Jane’s home was so beautiful! The photos were accurate and our group of 12 were very comfortable and enjoyed ourselves very much. A great way to celebrate a special occasion, we wish we could have stayed longer! It was a little tricky to find but only because I missed part of the check in instructions, once I saw that message, the instructions were very clear and we got there easily! Brian was very kind, responsive and accommodating to our early check in request. Highly recommend this Airbnb!

Had a wonderful stay at the chalet in Bethel. The house is in a stunning, quiet location, but very close to amenities and Sunday River ski resort. The kids loved the basement area and the bunk bed room. Linsey was super helpful & responsive, we will definitely return.

The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, going above and beyond to make sure my visit was comfortable. The location was perfect. Our Air BnB was awesome. It was spacious enough for 3 families with kids to come and relax. It was quiet, and the games, fire pit, and hot tub were awesome additions. Kim responded quickly and was great to work with checking in with us throughout the weekend.

The Ski Castle was the perfect getaway—exquisitly clean, beautifully decorated, and full of thoughtful touches. The location was ideal, just a short drive to everything. We loved unwinding in the hot tub and sauna after a day out, and the fire pit made for cozy evenings. Highly recommend for a relaxing and well-appointed stay!

We just returned from the most outstanding stay at Castle Rock Lodge. My large group of 10 people, 3 generations ranging in age from 4 to 80 years, thoroughly enjoy themselves. From the gorgeous and comfortable cabin, to the waterfront with fire pit and small boats, to the vast woods with trails for adventures, no one wanted to leave. The setting was so serene and peaceful, we felt totally removed from the world (no worries, Walmart is 25min away). We truly hope to return to Castle Rock Lodge.

Cheryl’s home was absolutely a “piece of heaven”! Her home is beautiful and in the loveliest spot right on the water! Everything was spotless when we arrived, with a welcome note from our hosts with their contact information. The house was exactly as described - comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, great family room with tv. The outside was perfect - fire pit with lots of chairs, gas grill, dock for easy access to the water! They had several kayaks available! The pond was clear and calm. Cheryl and Mike we gracious hosts, very responsive but gave us plenty of privacy. Se would highly recommend their home!

We had a fantastic stay as a group of four adults and two kids. Jason was an excellent host—he responded within minutes and was incredibly helpful with anything we needed. The kitchen was very well stocked, with appliances that seemed brand new. There were plenty of toys and games to keep the kids entertained. We loved the brand new Weber gas grill, which we used every day. The fireplace was well supplied with wood, adding a cozy touch. The lake is absolutely beautiful and surrounded by nature—we even spotted a deer!
