Welcome to our horse farm in beautiful Kiladalen, where you live in your own modern apartment with open layout. We have 4 horses and 3 small dogs that run free in the yard. Parking is available in the yard and possibility to charge your electric car. Walking distance to Sörmlandsleden, Åby Golfklubb (1 km) and Skavsta Airport (4 km). 5 km to Nyköpings Centrum. At bv there is a complete kitchen with dining area for 4 people, hot plate, fridge/freezer, microwave with grill, 3 seat sofa with TV, double bed, shower. On practice double bed. Non smoking.

Beach house - private sand beach and magical views

Our beach house gives you the opportunity to stay and enjoy in a unique location to say the least. You have the plot and the beach to yourselves and are clean the dream of sun, swimming and barbecue. The bottom is very shallow which is suitable for both children and dogs. The beach is also appreciated by canoeists who then have a short paddling to Stendörren Nature Reserve. The view from both the bedroom and living room makes this place enchanting and our guests blown away. Relax over a weekend or put a golden edge on the summer vacation.

Lovely house near the sea

Perfect house for the smaller company who wants to be close to the sea and be able to enjoy time together in a large garden and nice patio. The plot where the house is located is in connection to a marina where a nice boat ramp to be able to launch your own boat is located. Cliffs and beach baths close by. The house is in new condition and fully equipped. Oxelösund is an amazing archipelago town with many gems to visit. Good transport links with highway all the way to oxelösund. 10 minutes by car to Nyköping and only 1 hour to Stockholm.

Big house in Oxelösund

Large two-story house with four bedrooms. Heated glassed-in outdoor space that can be used all year round. Two bathrooms as well as a small sauna. You have a 2-minute walk to the sea and a child-friendly beach. If you like winter swimming, it is often chopped in the ice so you can walk down from the jetty. A few minutes walk and you are on your way out to Femöre, a peninsula with stunning nature. Close to shops and bus station. If the house is not bookable a date that you are interested in, please send a message and ask.

Denna mysiga stuga är nyligen renoverad. Här kan ni finna lugnet i naturskön omgivning och med havet inpå knuten. 300 m bort finns en badbrygga med stege och ca 500 meter finns en sandstrand. Vi har vedeldad badtunna. Möjlighet finns att hyra en vedeldad bastu i närheten. I stugan finns ett sovrum med dubbelsäng( 2 enkel), vardagsrum med kamin o lvp, kök o badrum med wc, dusch, tvättmaskin. En gäststuga med två sängar. Elbilsladdare kan ev lånas. Här hoppas vi att ni kan skapa nya fina minnen.

very nice hosts. The only thing that I thought of against the description But that didn't bother me but who may be good to know. said there would be blackout curtains. were in the loft and in the room with a bunk bed. But not in the living room with the sofa bed. The parking behind the house is quite crowded if you have a larger car.

Homely and cozy house, the owners had Christmas decorated nicely and left mulled wine, sweets and other goodies, perfect for Christmas celebrations! Nice area to take walks, also close to the water. It was easy to get in touch with the owners for questions and they also reached out upon arrival and checkout.

We spent nice relaxing days in Anna's vacation house, we also used the terrace and furniture outside every day, on the great barbecue we prepared delicious steaks We met Anna and Samuel in person, we were warmly welcomed and on request they got us another parasol . We enjoyed it so much that we would like to come back another time
