The best stay we ever had! The house had everything we needed!

Everything we hoped for and more! There are so many places to hang out and relax both inside and out. We had the perfect mix of togetherness for our party of 9, and the ability to spread out and enjoy smaller groups or solitude. Great location outside Louisville, with plenty to do in the area and nearby grocery options. The kitchen was great and the master bath was luxurious. We loved that each bedroom had king beds! Deb was incredibly responsive, flexible and helpful. Our young adults loved the converted garage (which we dubbed the man cave due to its TV, fridge, pool table and foosball table). All the fun activities in the basement were great. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay. The family loved to pool and hot tub. We were close to many activities. Jill did an excellent job communicating with me and answering all my questions. We are looking forward to booking our next stay.

Well, our group of 9 had an enjoyable time in this home! It was as advertised and extremely clean, comfortable and quiet. Cindy was just the sweetest and most respectful host always available to answer questions or give recommendations. Close to great distilleries and downtown Frankfort with cute shops and dining. The pool and hot tub were clean and working and the home was well stocked with basic necessities. Highly recommended and can't wait to come back!

Toni's place was just as expected and was perfect for our Derby weekend stay. The backyard is peaceful with beautiful surroundings and we enjoyed watching the Purple Martins flying in and out of their bird house.

The lake house was perfect for our family. Beautiful views of the lake, herons. and geese that come to the lake. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed meals on the screened porch. Other family members rented the Stone House and it was a great weekend to swim, relax in the hot tubs, play cornhole and be together.

We had four adults and three kids staying at David’s place and it was great! It’s even better than the pictures. We loved the beautiful rural setting, yet also appreciated it was only 10 min from grocery stores and shopping. The pool and in home movie theater were big hits with our family. We grilled often and cooked in the kitchen, which had everything we needed. We appreciated all the space to spread out as well as the numerous areas to gather and play. We’d definitely stay here again!

We had such a great stay at this beautiful home in the country! The hosts clearly communicated all the details of our stay and even left notes for us about the home and surrounding area, including activity/dining recommendations. We were made to feel like visiting family members with farm fresh eggs and muffins in the fridge when we arrived, and we even got a sweet visit from one of their fur babies. The landscape is beautifully scenic, the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, and the hosts are extremely responsive and thoughtful. Definitely recommend and hope to visit again some day.

Beautiful property with many private acres overlooking rolling hills with a view of the Ark! The house was perfect and very tastefully decorated. Even though there was no WiFi, our phones always had plenty of bars and we could use the Internet and streaming services using the Hot Spot from our cell phones. Cindy was nice and even though the property is very private it is also within range of speedy DoorDash services. It was a wonderful experience and we would recommend it to anyone!

We had 14 men from our church stay at Regina’s place for a Men’s Conference at The Ark Encounter. I heard so many positive comments from the guys; they really enjoyed their stay. The location in proximity to The Ark was amazing. There were lots of other descriptions like beautiful, really nice, plenty of space, lots of seating, awesome, comfortable, very pleased, etc. Communication was easy. 10/10 recommend and we would love to stay again!

House was clean. Beds were comfortable. Easily fit a family of 5 with alomst grown children.

Perfect stay! The home comfortably accommodated my wife and I, our two kids, and my in-laws. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to cook every meal with ease. Plus, it’s just 8 minutes from the Ark Encounter. Clean, convenient, and welcoming—highly recommend! Five stars!

This property was so beautiful! The beds were very comfortable in the kitchen had everything we needed! It was the perfect spot for our little getaway!

My group absolutely loved this property! It felt just like home and was spacious for our large group. The house was clean and has a beautiful scenic setting. The Stocked lake made for some great fishing for the kids and the fire pit made for a relaxing evening for the adults. Additionally, the family room supplied us with a pool table, variety of books for all ages, and a nice collection of games and puzzles. Jeremiah was wonderful to work with as well!

The house was beautiful and the hot tub was enjoyable. We didn’t have any problems at all. The fire pit was so nice to relax and for Bible studies. ❤️ Unfortunately, the house is next to the Interstate and there was traffic all the time. There was road construction going on all night long and it was difficult to sleep. We enjoyed the Ark Encounter with our Youth group during our stay.

This was the most wonderful stay! Mary was an absolute awesome host! She has thought of literally everything and also adds little touches throughout the time your there! We left to visit another area after a few days and honestly we wish we had just stayed at her home our entire vacay. Don’t skip this one, book immediately!

The house was a perfect place to stay if you are wanting to visit the Ark Encounter! A very beautiful home that includes anything you would ever need. To go with it, the views were spectacular!

Great price, great location. We come in often to visit our family and will definitely utilize this spot again. We’ve always stayed at the same hotel. This was cheaper and much better for our family. One of my favorite air bnbs so far.

I loved Cindy’s home! It was plenty big enough for our group of 11. I loved the separate dining areas to play games. The fact it had 4 bathrooms was awesome! The land the house was on , was peaceful and beautiful. In the country and town was only 8 minutes away. It was only a few minutes to the Ark Encounter which is why we stayed there! Williamstown was s nice little town, with at least 2 buffet restaurants. It was just part of a wonderfully blessed couple of days away.

My husband and I took a trip with friends to see the Creation Museum and Art Encounter. We visited the museum one day, then checked in at the home and enjoyed a peaceful, relaxing evening. The sofa and love seat were very comfortable, with recliners on each end of both. The beds were also very comfortable, and we all slept well. The next day, we went to the Ark which was literally just down the street. It could not have been more convenient! Again, we had a great evening at home before checking out the next morning. We would love to stay there again the next time we're in the area.

Lovely home! So cozy and that right-at-home feeling as soon as you walk in. It had all the necessities plus a few helpful extras, and the pictures were a great help to know exactly what they have there. Host was great with clear communication and quick responses. We would definitely stay here again!
