I rent out my home. This is a newer apartment on the 1st floor with good standard. It has a shielded and nice location with good sun conditions on the terrace. There is a short way to the city centre. There is also a short distance to the bus, train and grocery store. For those interested in the outdoors, wilderness and fine hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity. Since it is my home that I rent out, there will be a few items that I cannot remove, but otherwise the apartment will be tidy and clean until you arrive.

There is also a washer and dryer in the bathroom. Combined kitchen and living room with large wood stove which is great to gather around on a cold winter day. Two bedrooms with beds for a total of 5 pieces. There can also be an extra pair of guest beds and there is the possibility to sleep on the couch so there is room for many.

Access by car from Klemsgate. Street road leads into the back of the house, with parking and garages. Private carport with an additional car parking space is included.

Blant de unike fasilitetene finner du bryggeområdet, utedo, utendørs veranda, og spisegruppe. Hytta har en unik utsikt over innsjøen, noe som skaper en helt spesiell atmosfære. Det går en koselig trapp ned til bryggen som ligger rett ved vannet. Her kan man virkelig slappe av og finne roen i hverdagen.

Du vil elske stedet mitt på grunn av stemningen, beliggenheten og vertskapet. Men du må like dyr da du vil dele hagen med en wheaten terrier og en katt. This cabin requires that you travel with a car and that you bring your own sleeping bags, drinking water, food and toilet paper. It is also almost a must to bring rubber boots if you don’t want to get your feets soaking wet ☺️ From the car park it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the cabin. We will send you directions before you begin your trip. Come visit our lovely little cabin in wonderful surroundings away from stress and work 💚
