In this unique place, you can enjoy the IJssel, the beautiful views and sunsets, with a beach at your feet, where you can swim between the cribs. In the evening, you can sit by a fire on the dike, and within walking distance of the atmospheric center of Zutphen! The floodplains are next to the house, where you can enjoy hiking and enjoying the tranquility. You can borrow our 2-person kayak and go up the water, and there is a pinball machine in the house! The house is very spacious with 140m2.

(8-16 people) This detached mansion from 1935 is located in the center of Emmen, just a few minutes' walk from the nightlife, train station, forest, Wildlands and the Rensenpark. There is ample (free!) parking. The entire upper house is more than half of this Villa with its own kitchen, living room, bathrooms, toilets and nice garden. The minimum booking is 8 people 2 nights. Adjacent to nature reserve Mantingerveld is our spacious, cozy cottage for 10-12 people on a small villa park. There is a large garden with rural canopy and a view of the pond. From our house you can directly walk and cycle along old paths or visit, for example, The Drents Museum, Zippa Fun-jungle, Museumdorp Orvelte or take the Drenthe Brocanteroute. At 600m there is an 18-hole golf course and Grand Café Martensplek with a great kitchen.
