The stable is a (Tiny) cottage, partly built in the old barn. As a result, you almost literally sleep in the stables!! The cottage offers privacy and has its own private terrace (also covered). Your terrace is adjacent to a meadow where horses can stand. If you wish, you can also bring your own horse and park with us (indoors and/or outdoors). Nieuwleusen is located in the fighting valley with villages such as Dalfsen and Ommen. The center of Zwolle is a fifteen minute drive, Giethoorn half an hour.

Het Goede Gemoed is located in a very wooded area where you can walk, cycle and recreate to your heart's content. On the grounds of the University of Twente you can enjoy sports. The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. A baby cot can be placed on request. The bathroom contains a bathtub, shower and washbasin. There is a separate toilet. Outside, there is a lovely seat. A beautiful base to relax and unwind! There are also numerous activities nearby. Wildlands Adventure Zoo, for example, is 5 km away.
