Family home for summer holidays

This is a great house for enjoying summer holidays with your family. We have lots of space, a big kitchen and living room (airconditioning), loads of sunny spots in the backyard, a cozy veranda with a kitchen, a trampoline and a picknick table. Elst is a great small village, you'll find everything nearby, many local grocery stores, nice restaurants and parks for the kids. Our area is surrounded by forests and lakes, but we are also located between two big beautiful cities (Arnhem and Nijmegen).

Arnhem Villa de Laak with the vineyard

Villa De Laak is available again. The stately Villa "De Laak" was built around 1835 and is located on the old route between Arnhem and Nijmegen. The Laak has been inhabited by our Bugter family for 4 generations. The historic village of Elden is enclosed by the Arnhem districts but has retained its village character with a cozy village square where some restaurants and terraces can be found. The conservatory overlooks the grape field. The private terrace and garden offer peace and privacy.

Reed-covered holiday home

In vakantiehuisje De Gelderland vind je rust, natuur en inspiratie. Landelijk, sfeervol en duurzaam ingericht, met heerlijke bedden van Swiss Sense en prachtig linnen van Yumeko. Wij houden van comfort en gunnen jou dat ook. Je hebt de volledige woning voor jezelf. Boven twee 2-pers slaapkamers. Beneden een ruime woonkeuken (met 2 slaapfauteuils) een badkamer met inloopdouche en een toilet. Buiten een heerlijke lounge hoek en een picknicktafel in onze boomgaard. Pluk gerust wat fruit!

Apartment, rural location

Let op: Dit appartement is tijdens de Nijmeegse 4daagse alleen beschikbaar voor 4daagse lopers! Dus absoluut niet voor 4daagse vierders. Ons prachtige appartement ligt direct aan Park Lingezegen. Op fietsafstand van Arnhem en Nijmegen. Kleine 30 minuten op de fiets vanaf de Wedren in Nijmegen. Rijden ook bussen overigens. Het appartement is ongeveer 60m2 groot en heeft alle luxe die je zoal kunt wensen. Het is landelijk gelegen (rust) en een paradijs voor fietser en wandelaars.

Dit heerlijke huis heeft 6 slaapkamers voor maximaal 16 personen. 4 kamers hebben een eigen badkamer, met toilet. Dit zijn de kamers Lucht, Aarde, Vuur en Water. Kamer Water heeft een extra inpandige kamer met 2 1-persoons boxsprings. Kamer de Bedstee is een hele kleine kamer met uitsluitend een twijfelaar van 120 cm breed. Er is op een aantal kamers ruimte over voor extra campingbedjes. Grote leefruimte en tuin. Wij beschikken over 2 campingbedjes en 2 kinderstoelen.

Breakfast is not included but can be provided in consultation at €10.00 pppd. Quiet area. In the new district of Lingebuurt of Elst Overbetuwe Home has energy label A From 1 January 2025, the Municipality of Overbetuwe tourist tax will apply. This is included in the price.

Farmhouse "het Plakje"

Farmhouse 't Plakje is a 120 m2 renovated charming detached farmhouse and is unique in its kind, all authentic details have been preserved. Located in park Lingezegen between Arnhem and Nijmegen there are more than enough possibilities for cycling and walking tours and there are many facilities at a short distance.ILike castles and zoo's .It is especcialy suitable for (big) families and couples, not for youthgroups. the house is suitable for 8-10 people

B&K the hoenveld

The ground floor of the house is suitable for the disabled. Downstairs there is a bedroom, with a double bed and also the shower and a toilet are on the ground floor. The upstairs includes a bedroom with 1 double and 1 twin size bed. There is also a toilet and a sink on the upper floor. Parking is free and sufficiently available. Plenty of outdoor seating. Washing machine, dryer and air conditioning available on the lower floor.

Spacious bright corner house with a spacious garden. Cozy canopy where you can eat outside. Beautiful natural views in a quiet neighbourhood, close to the center of Nijmegen. Small playground in the backyard! Nice for a holiday with the family. The house has all the comforts and has a Jacuzzi in the bathroom. Spacious bedrooms and, if necessary, use a travel cot.
