Holiday rentals with a pool in Ovacık Mahallesi

Samet and his mother were super nice and we had everything we needed! Absolutely recommended! Everything was as expected and according to the pictures. The place was super central and easy to reach. Thank you so much for everything!

Beautiful place. Very well designed, with a lot of attention to detail. Definitely worth the money, especially for more than two people. Taner was responsive to questions and requests. We had hoped to use the inside pool, but it would have cost us an extra $50 a day to heat it. There is a 2-person jacuzzi upstairs, but it was not functional. I did not bother to ask Taner if there was a way to get it working. We would have strongly prefered to have 2 keys, not one. We had to be very careful that we didn't lock ourselves out. The key cannot be detached from the fob that operates the electricity, and so we always needed to remember to pocket the key and fob as we left the house. In any case, this is an excellent choice for the Fethiye area.

We loved our stay here. The host was always very quick to reply and answer any questions. Gizem was also flexible with check in even with unexpected flight delays which was so helpful and made it stress- free. The villa is beautiful and exactly like the photos, it was perfect for our family holiday. Every room was so clean and modern with everything we needed. There’s several good restaurants nearby where you can watch sunset from and only about a 30 min walk to the main town. Would definitely recommend.

We have a little girl(age 3) on our travels and the whole holiday, including from check-in to check out with Asim was amazing! I cannot fault him for anything, so friendly! Lots of kids amenities which for us was brilliant, local stores nearby and restaurants. We even reached out to Asim to source some deserts to bring home and he succeeded in this perfectly, even bought my husband a whole birthday cake with candles on his actual birthday. I recommend this Villa highly and don’t think this will disappoint, a taxi ride to the beach, not far! :) we used the cab Asim supplied us with. Large pool, swings, comfy beds, drinking water provided, hammock, great power showers, clean, welcoming. Overall I will be revisiting next year and cannot wait to return to the villa, thank you so much Asim for making us feel at home, you and your villa are lovely and thank you for having us :) see you next year(maybe with a car this time as bit steep for the grandparents but for us fine)

Wonderful place surrounded by nature Perfect spot for who want a piece of tranquility and privacy immerse in the beautiful nature. The villa is 20 min far by car from Fethiye The description matched with the reality The host is always ready to answer to any request at any time. We felt like at home Definitely a place to come back again

We had an amazing stay at Mustafa’s villa in Fethiye! The house was spotless, everything was exceptionally clean and well, maintained. It was incredibly spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time. The backyard was absolutely beautiful, perfect for enjoying the sunshine or having a quiet evening outdoors. The entire property was very private, fully fenced and gated , even the car had its own secure spot, which gave us great peace of mind. The beds were super comfortable, making every night restful. Mustafa was a fantastic host, very friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend!

Fantastic place. I didn’t actually believe it for the cost until we arrived. It’s simply stunning. The agency arranged a nice big air con’d Mercedes minibus for us, drinks in taxi provided. 1 hr roughly from Dalaman. The villa is nicely away from the busy area up above. I don’t know what another review is talking about that it’s a busy road, it’s certainly not. The electric gate off the key ring opened to greet us with a beautiful place of our own for 10 days. Huge tv (we’re not out every evening with our daughter in bed) and the owner even came round and helped us fit the fire stick. Nice showers, good washer and dish washer. The side pool is freezing (in May) but the main pool was perfectly cool. Good showers and toilets. Took me 5 days to realise all toilets in turkey have a bidet function lol. Taxi button 50 yards to right of the gate from outside. We will be back. We honestly can’t offer improvement aside from make the small side pool heated, even slightly!

What an amazing stay!! We came from the Uk to celebrate my Sons 5th birthday & i am so glad i went ahead with this villa when i was looking for a home away from home. We booked for 9 people and the space was beautiful, clean and elegant. The host is extremely responsive & Kind, she made our lives so much easier, from suggestions re: decoration lady for my sons birthday, to giving us a whole planned itinenary for the duration of our trip, everything just went extremely smooth & we are glad we came across such a lovely host. She was also flexible with checkout times as our flight was not till later in the evening. Thank you once again and if we were to ever visit Fethiye again, i'd be rebooking with your lovely Villa.

Home amenities, location, pool, cleanliness was great. The views from the house were really perfect. It is a big advantage that it is very close to Ölüdeniz beach and bars street. I recommend it.

We were very pleased with our family stay, the site and the environment are very safe and suitable for families. All the items are available in the apartment, and Mr. Oğuz is very friendly and helped us a lot. As far as we can see, the location is in a neighborhood with summer villas and therefore a little far from the city center. We used the minibuses on our trip. There is a minibus stop 4 minutes away and you can go to the city center from there. As a result, it was a great stay, we would like to thank Mr. Oğuz again.

First at all - Kemal super friendly and positive person. Like battery with extra power for all who near :) Apartment is the best in our experience for many journeys. And I’m sure this apartment and community is the best in Fethiye. Super green, super clean swimming pool and super clean territory. Powerful AC system, soft water and all new. Near Fethiye you can find small town Gocek - for us it was discovery 💡 Amazing place, restaurants, people and town.

Wolfgang &Yakup have both been extremely helpful. the location of the apartment is ideal, taxi button right outside complex, to take you into hisiranou or Fethiye. Small local shop in 5 min walk for your essentials. Apartment very clean sofas and beds very comfortable Will definitely be booking again. 🧿🪬☀️🥰

The place was very well located, few meters away from the ocean , the view from the apartment is breathtaking, surrounded by nature. The apartment is really well designed, very clean and the swimming pool is just 3 steps down from the living room and kitchen’s door. The place is very quiet and safe, at the same time we were few meters away from the restaurants, from other shops. My family had the best holiday ever, the place was amazing and the city is beautiful. The only negative thing is that the taxi drivers try their best to take long routes for tourists to pay more , so we tried to use more uber , even uber we had some problem, keep your eye on the taxi meter, in 2 occasions ubers started the taxi meter before picking us up, so we asked to reset the taxi meter and when the uber stopped for us to get out he did not stopped the taxi meter and we had to ask him to stop and make sure he put the amount we spent in the uber in front of us.

We stayed at Anatolian Apartments as a group of six of family, and the duplex apartment was perfectly suitable for us. It was clean, tidy, and well-organized, with all the necessary kitchen equipment available for our needs. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful—ideal for a relaxing holiday. One of the highlights for me was the pool, which provided the perfect opportunity for my early morning swim sessions. Parking was easy, right next to the building on the side of the road. The location is also great—very close to both Çalış Beach (10 mins drive) and central Fethiye (20 mins) . We had dinner every evening at one of the many restaurants on Barış Manço Boulevard, just a short drive away. Deniz Bey was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Thank you so much for the warm hospitality! I’m already planning to visit again in September and hope to stay here once more if it’s available. Highly recommended!

Cengizahn is a great host, great communication and went out his way to ensure our stay was the best it could be. Apartment in a peaceful location, only a short walk from bars and restaurants. Well furnished and modern. Great pool. Highly recommended and would stay again.
