Perfect space, exactly as in the pictures and as described. Everything was clean and organized. Excellent location, quiet, quiet and downtown, easy to find, check in is also easy. Apartment is excellent, spacious, airy, well furnished, very clean and with a good garage. We felt at home, including my dog, who took advantage of the large space in the apartment.

Fatima was extremely kind and attentive. Making us feel very comfortable in the great accommodation it offers. The only point I would like to highlight is for people with reduced mobility, because the apartment is on the third floor, and there is no elevator, this can be a point to be considered. But otherwise, everything was excellent.

Sensational accommodation, spacious and airy rooms, great and clean bathrooms, integrated and well-organized living room and kitchen. Heated pool with a very nice gourmet area. Interactive and safe outdoor space for children, containing toys and a really cool lawn. It comfortably accommodates 3 cars in the internal space with a lot of security! Anyway, we were very well received, we certainly recommend it to everyone who is looking for a space with these specifications. We can only thank you for everything.

Wonderful stay, Daniela super helpful, answered me anytime I needed it. I needed a break, I went with my husband and children and we loved it, well located(defrent from the Ademar square of barros), great place to walk the night , since it is open until late at night. everything very organized, the apartment is vintage but nothing we reprove , as a suggestion , would only improve the shower, everything else very wonderful, kitchen with everything you need, internet, parking, delicious heated pool and sauna (I did not use the sauna , but there is), an absurd silence in the apartment , I slept like never ....

Good house, very nice and quiet condominium environment..very familiar. Place to rest is a little far from the city...but we took everything we needed so it was quiet. In the condominium there is a restaurant... good food and affordable value

André's apartment is excellent and very well located — everything is close by! We had an easy time both anticipating check-in and postponing check-out, which made all the difference in our stay. And we were surprised with a delicious coffee, produced on André's family farm and available in the apartment itself. A special touch that made the experience even more welcoming!
