The apartment is just great! Everything was as described and brand-new! An additional plus are the parking garage and the sauna in the bathroom. The communication with Laura was easy and proactive. She sent very helpful instructions upfront. We highly recommend this apartment!

We had a very good time at Sara's place. The location is very convenient if you want to explore downtown Oulu by foot and the train station is literally right next door. The communication with Sara was very easy and fast and when we didn't find everything we needed upon arrival Sara got back to us very quickly and immediately brought over what we were missing. The accommodation was great at really short notice. The location was perfect on the way home from the north. Accommodation was easy, the car was right next to the apartment and you could get inside with simple instructions. Special mention for the wonderfully soft sheets!

Very nice and well-equipped apartment for 1-2 people within walking distance of the train station and the city center. Everything was tiptop clean, coffee available, and even detergent for the washing machine. The view is directly on the tracks, so especially for train lovers, the view is another reason to book this accommodation!

Accommodation that works in every way. Definitely worth booking if you're going to Oulu. All the services were close and the apartment was really cozy.

Tero's place matched the photos, nice decor, great view of the slopes, walkable to all activities and restaurants. Easy to check in and out, with good timings. We visited out of skiing season (early October) so it was deadly quiet in the area, very peaceful, but with that not a huge amount of open options. I'm sure in season it's a very lively place! Would well recommend this place for in-season for its location and out-of-season for its beauty and peacefulness. Only suggestions: Couple of furniture fixtures need correcting (tightening up) and could have an instruction manual to fire-place/sauna which may be useful for other tourists (I was with Finnish family so not a problem for us, but I could see some issues if English/European visitors were staying).

Best location for getting around, shopping center 3 blocks, market place 3 blocks, grocery 2 blocks, restaurants down stairs on street level. Everything you need handy. Very clean, comfortable beds.

We visited Oulu for 2 nights to dj at a conference. Lippo was a really nice host. He picked us up at the train station and dropped us of after our stay, even while we arrived late. The House is very spacious and clean and has everything you need. This is how an AirBNB should look like and feel like! thanks Lippo!!
